Subzi Mandi Irving (Farmers Market)

DISGUSTING market that everyone should avoid at all cost. The female owner or manager who is always there is also just rude and nasty in every way. They are unsanitary and they change their expiration dates (look at everything! It's scratched out and stickered or restamped!) and serve old and spoiled food with insects in them. There is no excuse to shop here when there are a handful of other great desi grocery stores literally just minutes away. Just a garbage business operated by garbage management.

Extremely disappointed with this store. The customer service is non-existent, and the staff has a terrible attitude. Many items are completely missing price tags, and the prices are significantly higher compared to other local grocers. Communication is a major frustration. The staff doesn't speak English but expects you to understand them anyway. When I placed my basket below the register area, the cashier made a huge fuss and rudely directed me to take it to a storage area—even though there are absolutely no signs or markings telling customers where to put them. Save your money and your sanity, and shop somewhere else.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sabji Mandi in Irving. The cooking oil I purchased had a bad smell and taste, so I returned to the store to explain the problem and ask about a return. Unfortunately, the staff did not take my complaint seriously. They ignored me and walked away instead of properly addressing the issue. I was not expecting anything unreasonable—just basic customer service and a respectful conversation. I would strongly recommend checking your products carefully before purchasing and hope the management addresses this kind of customer service.

One of the worst behaving staff. The lady at counter feels like she is above everything and doesn't know what to speak and how to speak. The frozen items here are fungus infected. Avoid it at all costs to save your life from spending money on hospital visits. No wonder this store is always empty. These people dont understand minimum basic of customer satisfaction and no manners in treating people.

The cashier ladies are rude. No customer service at all. No wonder, why people don't go there. Rates are higher than India Bazar and Patel Brothers. Often expired items are in the shelf, be aware. I won't be surprised it will be closed soon.
