I rarely leave reviews, but after what I witnessed, I felt this business truly deserved my support. I’ve been coming to this salon for a while because it’s always clean, welcoming, and incredibly talented. No matter what nail design I bring in, the staff always delivers. They’re friendly, professional, and consistently do amazing work. During my last visit, I happened to witness an interaction with another customer that later resulted in a wave of negative reviews. From what I personally observed, the manager and staff remained calm, respectful, and genuinely tried to resolve the situation. It was upsetting to watch. I also noticed the couple ordered multiple drinks, appetizers, dessert, and received extensive nail services and pedicures with detailed designs. Their total ($200) seemed very reasonable for everything they received. In fact, I remember thinking it was a great value. I don’t know the exact breakdown of the bill, but it certainly didn’t seem unreasonable considering the amount of food, drinks, and services they enjoyed. Seeing a hardworking local business receive so many one-star reviews after that experience is honestly heartbreaking. The people here work hard, take pride in what they do, and have always treated me with kindness and respect. If you’re looking for a clean salon with talented artists who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend giving this place a chance and judging it based on your own experience. Go get your nails done!! 💙 This was my 3rd time coming here, and every visit has been such a great experience. The nail techs are so sweet, friendly, and incredibly talented. They always bring my ideas to life, and my nails somehow turn out even better than I imagined—all in a reasonable amount of time! My sets also last 3–4+ weeks without any issues, absolutely love it. If you’re looking for a clean salon with amazing nail artists, this is the place to go. ⭐️⭐️🔥🔥

Visiting from NYC and I was beyond impressed with their work and service! Su and Ryan were so friendly and sweet and did an amazing job with my nails. They worked super efficiently without sacrificing any quality, I was in and out in under an hour for a mani pedi which was amazing. Definitely will be back next time I’m in town!

EDIT: they called me immediately the next morning saying I could come in anytime to get them redone. Appreciate their attention to detail and kindness to help fix everything quickly! Updated to 4/5 stars for them calling to fix - but still not an clean/even French. Found this nail salon googling for pedicures and saw it has great reviews - new to the ATL area. I booked a 415pm appt for the spa pedicure and asked for a French pedi. Although everyone there was lovely, this French pedi unfortunately turned out poorly. It looks very choppy and honestly felt very rushed (as they close at 5) and looks like a rushed job. The tips are not even and I had asked for pinky nude base and this is like a red clear? Didn’t say anything while paying as they were closing up and my pedicurist had already left- and I didnt want to risk to stay any longer for fixing. Something to note when booking here.

Cliff is wonderful! I struggled to find a good salon/tech in atlanta, then I found Sugar Polish Poncey Highland and Cliff! I won’t go anywhere else now. Highly recommend! They are also opening a little cafe in the front & the strawberry matcha is DELICIOUS
