Sunterra Nails and Spa

First time here, decided to check it out since I moved 5 min away. I had Holly doing my pedicure and Holly my acrylic set. Absolutely loved it. They are such perfectionists I loved the attention to detail in this place. Tried Vietnamese coffee for the first time and it’s 10x better than Starbucks! The lady at the door whom I’m assuming is the owner came and gave my bill to verify the bill and what I’ll be paying for and I loved that detail so I don’t have to find out what all I’m paying at the end. They have definitely gained a new loyal client. Loved it !!!

The application is flawless, the shape is perfect, and the attention to detail is outstanding. I love it here! Everyone is so friendly and always does such a wonderful job. All of them. When I take my two kids they are patient and kind. And the coffee drinks are delicious!! The front office staff super friendly and welcoming!

Sunterra Nails& Spa I frequently visit Sunterra Nails & Spa and have generally had positive experiences, which is why today’s visit was so disappointing. When I arrived, Tina at the front desk seated me and I began soaking for my service. While I was waiting, another customer walked in. To my surprise, Tina instructed the nail technician who was supposed to service me to take care of the newly arrived customer instead, while telling me to wait for another technician to finish with someone else. As a customer who was already seated and waiting, I found this extremely frustrating and unfair. I asked Tina why the other customer was being taken before me when I had arrived and been seated first. Her response was simply, “That’s just how we do here.” Unfortunately, that explanation made no sense and did nothing to address my concerns. As a regular customer, I expected a more thoughtful and professional response. The experience continued to go downhill from there. One thing I have always appreciated about Sunterra Nails & Spa is the customer service, including being offered a beverage. Today, no one offered me anything. When I finally asked about available drinks, Tina tossed the drink menu toward me instead of politely offering it. I honestly couldn’t believe it. What upset me most was not just the wait, but the overall lack of customer care and respect. I felt overlooked, dismissed, and treated as though my time and loyalty as a regular customer did not matter. This experience was completely unlike any I’ve had here before, and it left me feeling very disappointed. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues, because no customer should feel pushed aside after already being seated and waiting for service.
