New here in Austin and wear my natural nails went in for a manicure and shellac polish. This is now my nail shop for good. Amen. Wonderful environment and kind service. I had three nails added but didn't want color or colored polish they did exactly what I asked no questions

I have been a loyal client here for years, but the recent change in staff has been a huge disappointment. The customer service has gone downhill, and the quality of the nails is even worse. I came in for a pedicure, and they rushed through it skipping parts of the service even though the shop wasn’t busy. It’s upsetting to be treated this way after years of coming here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I am so sad to be writing this. I don’t like to call businesses out but this was just so bad. First, the gel polish wouldn’t stay on (before using the light), so they made me change my color. The next color still had what they said was “oil” so they rushed to put polish on it and straight to the light before the polish came off. Because of the rush, the nail polish by the cuticles was awfullll— I mentioned how messy it looked and that it would probably start peeling off. She told me that my nails were too short and we should do dipping next time. I’ve never had an issue before. She tried to fix it but she made it worse and cut my skin. You should now see it 3 days later. It’s soooooo bad. I can’t believe they even charged!!

Went to go get a pedi with my mom and sister the lady who I had was amazing I think she said her name mas Mel but the other lady doing my moms was very rude! The guy did my sisters and got there after and finished first which ruined the experience my lady was getting rushed by the other lady then complained we didn’t tip them what we tipped the lady that did a good job

I go here every month sometimes twice for manis and pedis for almost over a year….they never remember me and I always tip big. I paid 70 dollars for these nails which I usually pay for both mani and pedis. Not just one set. I don’t think I’ll go back which sucks cause I like them usually but this just was the cherry on top of never treating me nice. All the tips have spackels, ends show color / poor curing, sides rough, my index was completely crooked, streaks in the design, bumps under my nails from the paste. Like???? The design is not hard and it was not busy at all.
