We absolutely love Sydney Rosen Company! Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable, and we really appreciated that they were never pushy. We've worked with Jacob Rosen when we've gone in and we just adore him! One of the coolest things about their shop is the lighting; it’s designed to replicate real, everyday light so you can see what your jewelry actually looks like in person, rather than using special lights just to make things sparkle more. My husband and I designed my engagement ring together there, and we went back for our wedding bands because the experience was so great. The rings are perfect! They even resized my wedding band for me free of charge since I had bought it from the case, and they took the time to clean my engagement ring and ensure the metals matched perfectly since I’d been wearing my engagement ring a year longer. Jacob even went above and beyond to help us find a traditional Portuguese style ring to gift to my mother-in-law. We had such a wonderful experience and truly won’t go anywhere else!

Great experience purchasing an engagement ring from Sydney Rosen. David and the entire staff are kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time with us listening and answering our questions and making sure we felt comfortable and actually understood what we were buying without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. We visited a number of jewelers and no others matched the level of service we received here.

We had such a wonderful experience at Sydney Rosen. Jacob helped my now fiancee and I each find our perfect ring, and was so incredibly helpful with helping my fiancee figure out the best way to incorporate an heirloom diamond into a custom setting. Both rings were made quickly and Jacob was so helpful and accessible throughout the entire process. He was thorough, honest, and we never felt pressured or rushed to make any of our important decisions. Lois was also very helpful with making our bands! Going through this process can be very overwhelming (especially with even figuring out where to start or go), and Sydney Rosen made it as easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Jacob from Sydney Rosen was absolutely incredible. He designed and created the most beautiful engagement and wedding ring for me — truly unique, funky, and unlike anything I had seen before. Every detail felt intentional and thoughtfully …

**caveat - we did not get to experience the two older gentlemen in the photos who seem to have rave reviews - our only experience was with Jacob! Came in with my girlfriend to get a baseline of ideas she may like / not like and for the experience of looking together. Went to a few different shops on Jeweler's row - by far the worst experience of the day. Jacob was pompous and doing everything in his power to make sure we didn't come back. He seemed more interested in trying to convince of us of the amount of knowledge he had about diamonds rather than catering to the client he had. He couldn't tell us enough times how if I had reached out with more than 24 hours' notice he would have had a better selection (which I understand the frustration on his end in that regard). With that in mind, we had an idea of what she likes but the whole point of this process was to see a wide array of cuts / shapes / designs so we weren't pressed about seeing the exact shape/cut/model. He couldn't really wrap his head around the fact we didn't have a million pictures to show him either. We'd describe a general idea to him and halfway through he'd repeat back the first 4 words of the sentence and then ask to a picture. Seemed like it went in one ear and out the other. I think in an industry where you are trying to attract customers in your door over many other nearby notable competitors being a good listener, being courteous and being mindful are at the top of the list of things people look for. Jacob was a rude, pretentious, inattentive listener who cared more about belittling customer than he did about selling the product and the experience. The store itself looks promising and has a wide array of selection - but in terms of the service we were really disappointed in the showing from him and both shared the sentiment we wanted to leave after a few minutes of sitting with him.
