Symphony Nails is a nail salon at 207 S 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It offers nail care in a central city location, with customer experiences that range from very positive to disappointing. The directory lists a 4.3-star rating based on 395 reviews. That mix of feedback makes it useful to arrive with a clear idea of the service you want and to confirm the details before work begins. Whether you are looking for a manicure, pedicure, or a new set, a quick conversation about your preferences can help set expectations for the visit.

Customers mention manicures and pedicures, gel extensions, and French-tip finishes in their reviews. One reviewer praised a manicure and pedicure for careful attention to detail and said the finished nails looked better than they had in years. Another described a clean-looking set that lasted through two and a half months of natural nail growth without a nail coming off. These are individual accounts, not a promise that every visit or set will have the same result. If you have a particular length, finish, or design in mind, show a reference and ask whether the salon can do it before the service starts.

The reviews also point to practical things worth discussing at the beginning of an appointment. Some customers report concerns about quoted prices and what a listed starting price includes; one review describes a difference between an advertised price and the final charge. Others say a requested design could not be completed as expected, or that the finished work looked less polished than they wanted. To avoid surprises, ask for the total price for your chosen polish, extensions, or nail art before work begins, and confirm that the requested design is within the technician’s capabilities. Customers also mention that Symphony Nails accepts walk-ins, though one reviewer noticed a wait during the 4–5 p.m. period. Calling ahead or allowing extra time may be helpful, especially if your schedule is tight.

Symphony Nails is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Its hours provide options for weekday appointments as well as weekend visits. The salon may suit people in Philadelphia seeking routine nail care, a manicure and pedicure, or gel extensions, including walk-in customers when availability allows. For a smoother visit, bring a design reference, discuss your service and final price before starting, and check availability if you are coming at a busy time. The address is 207 S 13th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

This was terrible. Me and my friend got identical sets one worse than the other. With the location we expected to pay about $80. The sign said $55 plus $20 French tip. However we ended up paying $105 for each nail set. Why? Because the $55 was just for the normal polish in a faded sticker. The lady that attended me was nice at first but quickly gave up on my simple request. When we asked why was it so much. We received so much attitude and back talk for asking. We could Go so much as to say they were talking about us the whole time in the language they speak. My nails are were so dirty after they aint even clean them up.

I’ve had a pretty great experience here thus far. The staff is nice and they’ve done a great job both times with leaving me with a clean look. I went 2.5 months with my last set and not a single nail came off, my nails just grew out naturally. They take walk ins, however I noticed between 4-5pm during the week day seems like be the most popular time . As long as my nails keep looking this good I plan to keep coming back

Chin did an amazing manicure and pedicure. My nails look better than they have in years. He paid very close attention to detail. Then he gave a neck massage at the end. I will definitely go back.

I came here for my birthday, & this was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. They told me they could do the design I wanted, then halfway through admitted they couldn’t. The “simple” design they switched to still looked sloppy, …
