Pho is a particular draw at Tan Tan Cafe & Delicatessen. One Beaverton-area diner who considers themselves experienced with pho ga praised the fragrant chicken broth, tender breast meat, and fried shallots, describing the combination as especially memorable. Other diners mention rare steak pho, offering another familiar choice for guests who enjoy a classic beef noodle soup. These comments point to a menu with options for people seeking comforting broth, noodles, and thoughtfully paired toppings. As with any restaurant, individual preferences and visits can differ, but pho is among the dishes guests repeatedly discuss.

The menu also includes bun bo Hue, a central Vietnamese noodle soup that gives diners an alternative to pho. That feedback is useful context for anyone choosing a dish, and it reflects the fact that customer experiences are not all identical. Guests looking to explore beyond the best-known Vietnamese soups may appreciate having bun bo Hue among the options.

For dessert, customers mention durian soft serve, a distinctive finish for diners who enjoy durian or want to try a less-common ice cream flavor. Reviewers also note a small stand near the entrance featuring sauces and spreads, including products they enjoy taking home. This retail display adds another point of interest beyond the meal itself, especially for people curious about Vietnamese condiments and pantry flavors. The available information does not confirm specific products or current stock, so selections may vary.

I have lived in the Beaverton area for 10 years. I would also say that I'm a Pho Ga expert. I ordered Pho Ga at Tan Tan today and it was the most delicious, fragrant experience. The cut of breast meat was delicious, the addition of fried shallots amazing. I've never had Pho Ga like this! I've heard that their Banh Mi is incredible too, and I must come back to try it. Cutest environment too, love the lanterns and the little market where you can get some cute asian snacks and some Vegan desserts!

Modern spacious cute Asian vibe restaurant. We tried rare steak pho and bon bo hue. We also got the durian soft serve for dessert! Everything was very delicious. Also have a cute stand full of sauces, spread stuff to check out at the entrance!

I ordered Bun Bo Hue. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The broth is not good. little bit salty. The banana blossoms are old. I believe they are left over from yesterday. I politely asked if fresh banana blossoms are available, and she responded in a rude tone" That is all we have "
