I cannot express my dissatisfaction with the Dr and his team enough by leaving a 1 star rating. He and his team are really bad and greedy people. When I had a low deductible plan they charged me copay for the visit then 1.5 years later they sent me a fraudulent bill. Luckily I was able to find my insurance statement with the visit benefits explanation and contest a $50 charge. This year I had a high deductible plan and they did not let me in without charging $149.57 upfront. It has been over 4 months since then and they did not file to the in-network insurance even after my 3-month reminder! Of course, the insurance negotiated rate is smaller and they are not interested in filing. But the quality of service degraded too, now it is near impossible to get an appointment when sick. Yet, for the past visits I had to sit in the lobby for an hour after the appointment time to be seen with the staff saying that it is very normal. For a fraction of paid price it is possible to get a prescription by an online doctor without dealing with all this trouble, especially as the doc hates examining patients.
Great experience at CLS Health. The lobby was clean and comfortable and the patient intake staff were very friendly and helpful and were patient with helping me fill all out the forms. Would recommend anyone come here who needs primary care. Dr Tanvir Ahmed was patient and attentive and listened to my story and we came up with a solution going forward that I'm extremely satisfied with. Everyone was very nice. Could not be happier with the care I received here.
I don't recommend! I came in for a ear infection with unbearable pain and hearing loss. I tried to get in the day before but after calling multiple time with no response I decided just to take a bunch of advil and Tylenol to temporarily manage pain hoping to get a appointment the next day. Which my condition worsen overnight. I called the next morning multiple time then finally given an appointment in the afternoon even when i pleaded for a earlier time. Unfortunately due to me being a new patient that was the only time I was given. Upon arrival the staff was unprofessional. The front desk argues with patients in front of everyone. However, was nice to me. The worst was the medical assistant, she was rude and expresses opinions that should only be keep to herself. The doctor was in a rush. He came in ask a few questions check my ear and stated that it was very inflamed and red and that hearing loss is from trapped fluid. After just ask "is that it" while already had his hand on the door handle indicating that he was ready to leave after just being there was 5 minutes. I came in as a new patient and he didn't even do the proper assessment. He didn't listen to my lung or heart, didn't check for reflexes, or check mouth or neck for swollen glands. The ear infection could have stem from other issues or I could of had other issue going on but who know now since the proper assessment wasn't done. My pain wasn't address nor was anything given for it. To make my visit worthwhile I decided to ask for a breast ultrasound since I had notice a new lump that bothered me a few months ago. The medical assistant came in and just handed me the paper gown and said to put it on backwards then proceeds to say " i never use those so I don't know just figure it out just have the front open". Then doctor came in with nurse. Nurse was was very nice and professional. He was very rough during the exam. Then stated that he will order the exam and sent medication to pharmacy. He didn't explain what medication nor what the future plans after ultrasound. Which was very disappointing because a breast lump is always a big concern for any women. Luckily, I am also a medical professional and knew he was prescribing antibiotics and knew the process after ultrasound. I endured days of unbearable ear pain maxing Tylenol for the pain. I sent a message though patient portal early morning because it so hard to get them on the phone, hoping they would get back to me that day because I couldn't take the pain anymore after enduring it for another 3 days just to be contacting a day after in the afternoon being told to come back in so they can reassess and manage pain which should of been done the day I went in. I refuse to keep on paying copay after copay and nothing being done the first visit. I shouldn't have to pay another copay for reassessment when the correct assessment should have been done during the first visits. Due to the unbearable pain and the progression of other symptoms I decided to seek a different provider. Honestly based off the rating I expected better. I hadn't been to the doctor in a long time but due to the currently situation I had to go. I was excited to find a doctor so close to home and that had great rating, but unfortunately this office is the same like any other office who doesn't really care for the patient. I regret waiting for a appointment here I should of went to urgent care where I believe would have did more for me.
Extremely disappointed. I have been calling in for over a month now (maybe even longer) attempting to get my medication corrected. The wrong medication was ordered, which is a simple mistake, totally understand. I called to try to get it resolved a note was made in my chart. Fast forward a to about a week or 2 later, I call again to check on the status nothing. I was reassured that the MD would get back with me and I would receive a follow up call the next day with updates. I wait a few more calls and call again, and of course, the same thing was said.I At this point, I have been calling 2-3 times a week for the last 2-3 weeks asking for constant updates and the only thing that is said is that it's been escalated and someone will call me back later today, which has yet to happen. How many times does one have to call to get a simple medication correction? I am not asking for something unreasonable and difficult. I am simply asking for them to order the right medication that was discussed in office during my last appointment. I work in health care, so I understand it is not an easy field to work in; however, poor customer service is not tolerated and mistakes like these can impact patient care....
I picked him by reading some of these reviews. I was with Village Medical but it would take too long to get in to get an appointment and I really didn't have a doctor that took an interest in me medically. He's young and is a better communicator than the doctors at my last practice. I think he's trying to build his base and hes doing that by(if you read below) making people satisfied, but theres been some stuff that he picked up on immediately that was wrong that I wouldnt have ever brought to his attention. Ive seen some other CLS doctors I like all of the ones Ive seen.
