Tao Sanctuary is a massage spa at 2223 N Westshore Blvd Ste 103 in Tampa, FL 33607, serving guests near International Plaza and the Westshore area. The spa offers a place to pause, reset, and focus on hands-on massage care in a convenient Tampa location. Its menu is represented by customer experiences with deep tissue massage, foot massage and reflexology, and chair massage, making it relevant for guests seeking different levels and styles of bodywork.

Deep tissue massage is one of the services mentioned most specifically in customer feedback. One guest who visited Dani described a deep tissue session that addressed chronic back pain and tight knots with focused pressure. Another customer appreciated a two-hour visit and felt the service was fairly priced for the time and effort provided. These comments suggest that guests who prefer stronger, more targeted pressure may find Tao Sanctuary worth considering, while also highlighting the importance of communicating comfort preferences during the appointment.

Foot-focused services are another part of the Tao Sanctuary experience. Customers have shared feedback about foot massage and foot reflexology, with experiences varying from positive to disappointed. Some guests may be looking for attention to tired feet after a long day, while others should explain which areas matter most, such as the heels or arches, before the session begins. The same practical approach applies to pressure, pace, and any specific body concerns: clear communication can help the therapist adjust the experience to the guest’s needs.

Tao Sanctuary may suit people looking for a convenient massage stop in Tampa, including guests interested in deep tissue work, a foot-centered session, or a shorter chair massage. It can also be a consideration for someone visiting the Westshore area who wants to explore a range of massage formats in one spa setting. Customer reviews are mixed, with an overall rating of 3.5 from 58 reviews, so expectations and service preferences are best discussed clearly and realistically.

The location is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. That broad schedule gives Tampa guests options before or after daytime plans, shopping, or work in the Westshore area. Whether you are researching deep tissue massage, foot reflexology, or chair massage in Tampa, FL, Tao Sanctuary provides a local option to compare based on service type, location, hours, and the range of customer experiences.

I recently saw Dani at TAO Sanctuary in International Plaza, Tampa for a deep tissue massage, and she was absolutely amazing. I was a little hesitant about going as a walk-in, but it was totally worth it. I deal with chronic back pain and a lot of tight knots, and she worked through every single one with real skill and care. She truly listened to everything I said and adjusted the pressure and focus based on what I needed. It was one of the best massages I’ve had. If you’re looking for a solid deep tissue massage in Tampa, go see Dani at TAO Sanctuary in International Plaza, you won’t be disappointed.

Great service! A little strong on the hands, but I’d rather have that and tell them to adjust accordingly, than have someone with no experience and strength to get the job done! I spent two hours there with ZERO regret. Thank You! Prices are right in line with the service.

Terrible experience. 45 minute foot reflexology massage and not once did they rub my heels or the arches of my feet. They also soaked my feet for 10 minutes in a hot water bucket and added that time to my massage time. They also rushed me out the door and spent a total of 2 minutes for both legs with hot stone massage. I timed them. My feet felt no relief after. Will not be back.

Requested a chair massage and it was a waste of money. The chairs are so rickety that you’re mostly rocking back and forth, rather than experiencing any affects from the massage. I ended the massage early because it was doing nothing but …
