Target is one of my favorite places to shop. Yet a Karen has to be a KAREN... She didn't like that my oversized vehicle took 2 spaces. I parked as far away as I could. There is still plenty of parking, if there wasn't I would have left. KAREN took pictures so I did the same. GET A LIFE KAREN...

This Target has a decent selection of products and the layout makes it easy to find what you need. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, but I’ve noticed that the checkout lines can get pretty long, especially during weekends. Overall, it’s a solid shopping option, just plan your visit accordingly.

Had a very good experience getting what I needed from this Target. Got in and payed for it rather quickly. Went there again this morning and paid for 3 more items that will be very useful to me. I also liked the Christmas music. Very festive. Made my visit more enjoyable!

Very disappointed with my experience at the Target in Brookhurst Garden Grove. After a long day at work, I stopped by to quickly return one item and purchase a few things. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to return a single item. I even asked for store credit since I was planning to buy other items in the store, but the process still took far too long. This is actually the second time I’ve had to wait this long for a simple return at this location. The first time, I gave the store the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might have just been a busy day. Unfortunately, after experiencing the same issue again, it seems like this is a recurring problem. Then when I went to the skincare section, I pressed the assistance button and waited about 15 minutes with no response. I had to walk over to the cashier area to ask someone for help. I went back, pressed the button again, and finally someone showed up a couple minutes later. What should have been a quick 30–35 minute stop turned into over an hour just to buy four items. That’s unacceptable for a simple visit. Because this has now happened twice, I honestly don’t see myself coming back to this location a third time. Customer service and response times seriously need improvement.

I generally expect a certain level of efficiency from Target, but this visit fell short. I waited in the electronics department for an extended period, pressing the assistance button multiple times without a single team member responding. The experience did not improve at checkout. The cashier was completely unhelpful, failing to bag my items and ultimately handing me a ripped bag for my purchase. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for two Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K units. Between the lack of floor support and the errors at the register, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
