One customer praised the quality of the cabinets and said the finish was easy to clean. RTA cabinets and drawer units are among the products mentioned by a customer. That review noted that the prices were appealing and delivery went smoothly, but also said the delivery fee felt high and that printed or scan-code assembly instructions were not included. The customer mentioned needing to pre-drill for support brackets. If you are considering RTA cabinetry, it may be helpful to ask about delivery charges, what instructions are provided, and whether any preparation or tools may be needed before placing an order. Confirming sizes and project requirements with the store can also help you compare options.

Feedback about the staff is mixed but includes positive comments about knowledgeable, attentive help. One reviewer specifically appreciated being listened to when discussing kitchen preferences, while another reported receiving a suggestion to change a cabinet size and described the visit as chaotic. Reviews can reflect individual circumstances, so customers may want to explain their measurements and priorities clearly and confirm order details before moving forward. The business has a 4.2-star rating from 21 reviews, offering a snapshot of customer opinions rather than a guarantee of any particular outcome.
