TD Seafood & Phở House is a Vietnamese restaurant at 1028 Manhattan Blvd in Harvey, Louisiana. Its menu brings together Vietnamese favorites and seafood-inspired options, making it a place to consider when you want pho, noodle soup, rolls, or a casual meal on the Westbank. Customer reviews mention pho, bún bò Huế, pork spring rolls, fried egg rolls, calamari, and the voodoo roll. The selection gives diners several ways to explore familiar Vietnamese dishes alongside items that stand out from a traditional pho-house menu. The restaurant is rated 4.1 out of 5 from 287 reviews, offering a helpful snapshot of varied customer experiences rather than a promise that every dish will suit every taste.

Pho is one of the restaurant’s signature draws, and guests have ordered both classic pho and Rocking Pho, described in a review as filet mignon pho. Reviews also mention bún bò Huế, a hearty Vietnamese noodle soup, so the menu may appeal to diners looking beyond a standard bowl of pho. Feedback on the broth is mixed: one guest found it bland, while another described the food overall as very good. That difference is worth keeping in mind if broth flavor is especially important to you. Other reported favorites include the voodoo roll, and one customer was pleased to receive fresh coconut with a coconut juice order.

The dining room is described by guests as clean, roomy, and pleasant, with a decent atmosphere and friendly, attentive service. One reviewer appreciated a server’s help understanding the different dishes, while others singled out attentive assistance during a busy visit. Those details make TD Seafood & Phở House a practical option for diners who like a little guidance when choosing from an unfamiliar menu, as well as for friends or family looking to share a relaxed meal. Reviews are not uniformly glowing: some customers have had reservations about particular dishes, including the pork spring rolls and pho broth. Checking the menu and choosing according to your own preferences is a sensible way to plan a visit.

You’ll find the restaurant at 1028 Manhattan Blvd, Harvey, LA 70058, in a busy commercial area. A reviewer notes that the entrance can be difficult to reach from busy Manhattan Boulevard and that the parking lot is small and shared with the strip mall, so allow a little extra time when arriving. The restaurant is open Monday and Thursday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; it is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Whether you are a local resident or making a trip across the Westbank, TD Seafood & Phở House offers a varied menu of Vietnamese soups, rolls, and seafood-related dishes in a casual setting. Consider the current hours and your route before heading over.

The atmosphere was decent. The server was attentive. The voodoo roll was delicious. The pho looks good but the broth was bland. I’ve ordered coconut juice and was very impressed that they served fresh coconut.

We had high hopes for TD Seafood Pho House but left a bit disappointed. We started with the pork spring rolls, which were overloaded with ingredients that didn’t quite come together—they felt more chaotic than flavorful. For the main course, we ordered the Rocking Pho (filet mignon pho), but sadly, the broth lacked depth and richness. It looked clear and clean, but the flavor just wasn’t there—it tasted more like hot water with scallions than a slow-simmered, aromatic pho. The filet itself was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. Service was pleasant and the place was clean, but overall the meal felt more style than substance.

Good food, nice atmosphere and great service! I'm from Metairie and decided to take a drive to the Westbank just to try out TD Seafood & Phó House. Our server was so kind and attentive, thanks Katie! (I think that was her name). We ordered quite a bit from the menu (see pics)... pho, bun bo hue, com thit nuong, bo luc lac, fried squid, chicken wings, spicy snow crabs & crawfish, crab rangoon, smoothies, and more. Everything was very tasty and fresh. We all enjoyed it! If you're looking for an Asian Fusion spot, check this place out! 😋👍

The waiter was wonderful, he helped me by explaining the different type of dishes. He was very attentive even though he worked alone and the place got a little busy. Food was very good. Calamari appetizer included a very spicy dipping sauce …

I really liked this place. Kind of difficult to get to off of a busy Manhattan Blvd. Small parking lot shared with the strip mall. Once inside, it's nice! Kind of outdated heavy tablecloths, but clean and it's kind of roomy. Friendly server. THE FOOD: I ordered Fried Egg Rolls, which comes with a sauce that's maybe a sweet and sour with a little heat. They are VERY crispy with nice flavor. The combination pho was excellent. Broth was very rich and the basil and jalapeno gave it some extra spark. (My forehead was sweating from those peppers!!) Overall.... pretty darn good..
