Tea Bear Teahouse

me and my sister came to the place to get some boba because we were craving some. the customer service was outstanding with a lady and a man working there. we ordered a thai tea with crystal boba and a taro milk tea and the lady accommodated us throughout our order. now while making the drinks and handling money at the same time isn't well hygienic, I dont necessarily mind but maybe other customers do, so all I would give for advice is to wear gloves while making the drinks but other than that, amazing work and delicious bobas, thank you so much <3

“I want to share exactly what happened so people can know the truth. I ordered a drink here and found a hair inside the drink, not outside. You can clearly see that if you zoom in on the photo. When I went back to the store and showed it to the two girls working, one apologized because she clearly saw it. The other girl ignored me completely and grabbed her laptop. They were honestly not welcoming at all. There are cameras inside the store, and they can clearly show how I returned the drink immediately and how the whole situation happened. So I don’t understand why the owner tried to say something that isn’t true. I was expecting a simple apology, not to be told something different from what actually happened. After I posted my honest review, I noticed I can’t reply to the owner’s comment anymore — even from my second Google account, I still can’t respond. It looks like they blocked me, which says a lot about how they handle customer complaints. I’m not trying to start problems, but I can easily file a complaint and take it further if needed. I just wanted people to know exactly what happened

Absolutely fantastic fruity tea! I got the recommendation of chrysanthemum flavor from the cashier and wow was I blown away! I’ve never tasted a tea so unique and delicious!! I would literally drive all the way to the outlet mall to buy this drink again!! I hope I can come back soon so I can have this tea again!!! YUMMMYYY!

To the tall beautiful African American young lady working today at 445pm on Jan 3rd, thank you!! My granddaughter ordered a strawberry banana smoothie & my debit card had dropped somewhere & I felt embarrassed and helpless! Ty so much for your blessing! Many blessings your way! I can't ty enough. Your kindness and caring meant so much! 🥰

Great service and awesome boba tea! This is our 1st time here, and we will definitely coming back. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the drinks are delicious. Highly recommended!
