Bubble tea is a standout reason customers come to Tea-Do. Reviewers mention the black milk tea, including an order with 70% sugar, as well as almond milk tea praised for its smooth texture. The lemon tea with aloe vera is another refreshing option, and customers call out the boba for its pleasantly chewy texture. Drinks can be customized, making the cafe a practical choice for people who already know how sweet they like their tea, as well as anyone who wants to try a different combination. One reviewer recalls paying $6 for a large black milk tea with boba; menu prices may change, so treat that as a customer-reported example rather than a guaranteed current price.
Tea-Do also offers savory bites and packaged snacks alongside its drinks. Customer reviews mention takoyaki, shui mei, chicken wings, and shrimp chips, giving groups a few options when a tea run turns into a light snack break. These details make it easier to picture the experience: order a favorite milk tea, choose a snack to share, and settle in for a casual visit. The reviews are especially useful for newcomers deciding whether to come just for a drink or to try a little more of the menu. No complete menu is included in the available information, so ask in person about current food and drink choices.
The atmosphere is described as cozy and quiet enough for easy conversation, with card games and storybooks available for guests to enjoy. One customer appreciated finding Jules Verne among the books, while others mention that the relaxed space suited a stop after a long day. That combination may appeal to students, nearby residents, friends catching up, and bubble-tea fans looking for somewhere to linger rather than simply pick up a drink. Tea-do is such a great spot! I got the Lemon Tea with Aloe Vera, and it was super refreshing – the aloe vera added a nice touch. My friend had the Almond Milk Tea and it was so smooth. The boba? Perfectly chewy and so good! We also got the takoyaki, which tasted great, but I really wish they had added more sauce – it felt like it was missing that extra punch. Overall, loved the drinks and the chill vibe. Definitely coming back for more!
The best bubble tea in Philly. I reviewed the other location in Chinatown but decided to do this one as well because they’re worthy of applause. I always order the black milk tea and get 70% sugar and it never disappoints. You also can’t beat the price of $6 for a large with boba. There are a good amount of seats inside and they have wifi so you can do work on your computer if needed.
Quick service and tasty drinks! You can't go wrong with any drink on the menu. You are able to customize as you wish and it is delicious. I wish there was one near but it may be a good thing. If it was near me, I would be coming here everyday. If you don't know what to get just go with the regular black tea milk tea with the boba. You really can't go wrong with that. I'll go again if I was near! Go check it out!
Leaving here now and so glad we decided to stop by. The drinks were really refreshing, and the variety of options was impressive. It was quiet enough to chat easily, which was perfect after a long day.
Great place, I am glad I found it! The bubble tea was delicious, so was the shui mei and chicken wings. We got a packet of shrimp chips from the shelf which was soo good. Also the place is really cosy with lots of card games and nice story books(my fav Jules Verne). Definitely coming back again.
