Sign in to reviewMy experience here was disappointing due to bad customer service. When I asked the cashier about other toppings available, instead of helping me by listing the options, he simply told me to look at the shelf next to me. The toppings were displayed in small containers and many of the labels were difficult to read which made it hard to decide what I wanted. Also the cashier was on a phone call the entire time I was placing my order, while having the speaker volume loud enough to be distracting. Because his attention was split he incorrectly entered my drink order. When I pointed out that wasn't what I had ordered, it was cleared he had not been fully listening.
I've been in store waiting for almost 20 minutes and no one here to help! I'm a door dash delivery and every minute count! All I see is the attached signed. Tried to call the 2 numbers provided, one is not in service and the other is wrong number! Ridiculous!!

Tea House Express was pretty decent for me. I stopped by for a drink and some food, and while everything tasted fine, nothing really stood out enough for me to give it a higher rating. The place was clean and the staff was polite, but the flavors were just okay and not as strong as I expected. It wasn’t bad at all, just not something I’d go out of my way for.
