The best decision I ever made as a mother for my child was switching agency company to Team Select. They are truly an amazing team! Every single person that works for Team Select will go above and beyond in making sure you are heard, understood and taken very well of! Sean, an angel sent from up above 🙏🏻 Sean is the whole package honestly! He knows the nurses that will be the right match for my about to be 3 year old boy. I can truly say your mommy heart will be more at ease with Team Select. They will make things happen for you! This agency is the best!! They haven working with my family for over 3 years. I feel like they are a part of my family. Very friendly, yet very reliable and responsible. I have had an excellent experience with Team Select Home Care. The office staff has always been caring, professional, and incredibly helpful. My daughter and I are both very particular when it comes to finding the right nurse, and Sean has always respected that. If a nurse isn’t the right fit, he is understanding, never makes us feel pressured, and works hard to help find someone who is. His clear communication and dedication have made coordinating my daughter’s home health care much less stressful, and it gives me great peace of mind knowing I can count on him. I would also like to recognize my Case Manager, Dayanara. She has been an incredible source of support for my daughter and me. Dayanara goes above and beyond to make sure all of our transportation is arranged and arrives for my daughter’s medical appointments, which gives me one less thing to worry about. She also takes the time to contact different medical providers on my behalf, helping coordinate my daughter’s care and taking a tremendous amount of stress off of me. She is always willing to advocate for us whenever needed and works hard to ensure my daughter’s needs are met. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication have made a meaningful difference in our lives, and I truly appreciate everything she does for my daughter and me. I would also like to recognize my daughter’s nurse. She has been a wonderful fit for my daughter and has been a true blessing to us. She is compassionate, dependable, attentive, and treats my daughter with kindness, dignity, and respect. She pays close attention to my daughter’s needs, communicates with me openly, and always makes sure I feel informed and involved in her care. It means so much to know my daughter is receiving such thoughtful, high-quality care from someone I trust completely. Her dedication and genuine compassion have brought me tremendous peace of mind. As a single mom caring for a daughter with complex medical needs, having a team that I can truly depend on means more than words can express. This nursing agency has been God sent. Especially their employee, Sean. He makes scheduling so smooth and works extra hard matching my son with nurses that make him comfortable and happy. I know my requests sometimes can be very picky, and he never complains and works in a timely manner to fulfill them. Overall, I am very happy with this team.
