The signature order to know is R1: The Original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles. A diner describes it arriving in a small hot pot with separate plates of toppings, making the process of adding ingredients to the soup part of the meal. That hands-on format helps distinguish the experience from a standard ready-mixed noodle bowl. Other customer-mentioned choices give new visitors a useful starting point. Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles has been praised for its array of ingredients; one detailed review notes corn, quail egg, chives, wood ear fungus, snow fungus, ham, and bean curd stick among the components. Fish fillets are another item a reviewer specifically recommends. Those details point to bowls with varied textures and recognizable additions, while the broth remains central to the experience. The atmosphere comes through most clearly in the way the food is served: a steaming personal pot, small ingredients to add, and a meal that unfolds at the table. One customer noted quick food arrival, while others framed the restaurant as a welcome answer to soupy, noodly cravings and a comforting choice on cooler days. Sign in to reviewPart of the ten seconds noodles chain. Food is good and like the ones in other ten seconds noodles place. It would be great if they can allow us choose soup base+ protein. I know it’s a very American dining concept but can certain provide more flexibility.
*3/24/2024 I tried the Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles, and it was an experience worth sharing! What I loved most was the interactive aspect of assembling the dish with its myriad of ingredients. The combination of corn, quail egg, chives, wood ear fungus, snow fungus, ham, bean curd stick, preserved cabbage, red onion, and lettuce made each bite diverse and exciting. The soup base, crafted from chicken and pork bone, added a rich depth of flavor that complemented the ingredients. The rice noodles, made entirely from rice flour, were delightfully chewy, adding a unique texture to the dish. The beef brisket was incredibly flavorful and tender. 10/25/2023 I finally got to eat at this restaurant, which I'd been wanting to try for a while. I ordered the R3 PICKLED CABBAGE & FISH FILLET RICE NOODLES, and it was a great meal. It came with 10 different ingredients like corn, quail egg, and more. What makes it special is the tasty soup made from chicken and pork bone, cooked for a long time. The noodles are made from 100% rice flour, so they're gluten-free. The best part was the soup – it was full of flavor and made my taste buds happy. The fish was perfectly cooked and really tender. The noodles were just right – not too soft or too hard.
Ten Second Yunnan Noodle was the perfect meal after a night of drinking. The broth was light but really flavorful, and it was fun adding in all the toppings. Super comforting and tasty. The food came out pretty quick so that was a plus.
If you are ever feeling under the weather and want to get something soupy/noodly- this is the spot to be. Ten Seconds will satisfy your soupy/noodly cravings. I love how their signature and simple R1: The Original Crossing Bridge Rice Noodles come in such a cute hot little pot along with little plates of side dishes that you can either opt in or out (also they have corn which is amazing). The pot is very hot so please proceed with caution* The pricing here is very affordable to their portion size and they have variety of choices for you to choose from. I have always enjoy the authentic chicken broth soup because it is very comforting and makes me feel like home. I recommend coming here if you are tired of eating pho because this place have good hot noods
Pho or Yunnan? Yunnan for me. I think it’s healthier. Nothing like a bowl of numbing soup in the winter. The rice noodles go down so nice and the toppings are more elegant in taste and texture. The soup base really takes it. Can’t go wrong with the fish fillets.
