Sign in to reviewI always order the Sichuan cold noodles (ask for Mala spicy) and you’ll thank me later! Very fragrant and flavorful. Very authentic and owners are always so sweet and accommodating! I come here at least once a month.
Xiang Xiang Noodle is a gem. A tiny, unpretentious spot in Alameda that takes mala seriously. We have been coming here for months and the Chongqing style noodles and spicy wontons never miss. The numbing heat is addictive in the best way.
My cousin and I stopped by because we saw the funny banner outside and wanted to try it out. This might’ve been the best noodles I’ve had in the bay area in a WHILE. The two owners who were working were beyond nice and everything was incredible. Went in to try food, but ended up with an experience. 10/10 recommend, we will most DEFINITELY be back.
Excellent dishes from a small but focused menu. Pork rib noodles and Dan Dan noodles were awesome! Chicken wanton soup was also super flavorful and good portion size. The only knock that I have the place is the tiny interior that only seats about 18. Workers are very friendly and kitchen was working quickly, which was very appreciated!
Had lunch here the other day and it was amazing, portions were large and everything we ordered was great! It’s definitely a humble interior but they’re serving super delicious food. We’ll be back for sure.
