It is so incredibly refreshing to be at a salon where I'm not spoken to curtly and they don't "surprise" hurt me by cutting too roughly on my cuticles which happens all the time at other salons. These technicians are sooo gentle, and so amenable to what you want regarding getting the color just right, the shape and style, etc. It's a true pleasure to get your nails done here, and I absolutely love the way my nails feel like they are not being held hostage by gel or acrylic. Builder gel is an amazing invention - your nails look beautiful for 3-4 weeks and they feel like REAL nails. Love love love! My appointment was a bit more expensive than usual because I opted to gel polish on my toes. It's usually around $150 with tip.

This is my first Google review, and unfortunately it’s not a positive one. I recently visited this nail salon for a dip manicure and gel pedicure, and I won’t be returning. The one positive was that they seated me immediately. However, the experience quickly went downhill. My sister was planning to join me, so I asked if we could sit next to each other. My pedicure technician walked away without saying anything, left me sitting there for about five minutes, and then returned with what appeared to be the manager, who said they would try to accommodate the request. Once the pedicure started, I noticed the service felt rushed and incomplete. My nails were trimmed but not filed. For the exfoliation portion, the technician used a very small foam piece (looked like it was from an arts and crafts kit) for only a few seconds on each foot. Instead of completing the usual prep and pedicure steps, she went straight to applying gel polish. My polish, nail shape, and feet look like I did them at home. I kept assuming the rest of the service would come afterward, but it never did. The massage lasted about one minute per foot, oil was applied, and I was told I was finished. The entire pedicure lasted roughly 20 minutes from start to finish and cost $62. For that price, I expected a much more thorough service and better attention to detail. At that point, I told my sister not to come and canceled my dip manicure because I had lost confidence in the overall experience. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations, and I won’t be returning.

This nail salon was unlike anything else in the area! I got a Dazzle Dry pedicure by Luz and her attention to detail and customer service was refreshing to say the least. Not to mention the spa water and latte machine was a nice touch to sip on while getting my service done! Luz was quick, efficient, gentle on my feet and did a very clean polish job on my toes. I’ll definitely be back here for more beauty services! The salon was so clean & inviting - and everyone who worked there was also very nice.

My sister and I had an amazing experience for my first time! And highly recommend this nail salon for anyone who’s interested in having a quality nail treatment! Janel rocked it! She has amazing skills! She did my red color, Plum Out of Luck.
