Called to ask for walk in appointment and the customer service over the phone was great and I came right over. This was my first time here. From the first minute I walked in I noticed how beautiful and clean the establishment was. I checked in and was taken over to a pedicure chair and was delighted to see the ambient lighting. That truly made the experience wonderful. A gentleman named Henry was introduced to me and he was very friendly and welcoming. He took the time to ensure exactly what I wanted but he also took the time to express the health of my nails. He made certain that he cut my nails to my preferred style and was very cautious. You can tell Henry took pride in his work and wanted you to be 100% satisfied. I met a lady named Kayla who brought over a booklet that outlined my service treatment to ensure I understood what treatment I would be paying for. I thought that was great customer service as many places will upsale you and when you get to the counter to pay you are in total shock. I highly recommend Henry and Kayla as I definitely enjoyed my spa pedicure experience and will be back again.

Hands down, one of the best pedicures and manicures I have ever had. The service is top notch, even though the lady that helped me does not speak much, she did a wonderful job. The honey, rose petals, ginger scrubbing of the forearms and legs was a fresh and unique touch. The drinks kept coming and I kept enjoying them. I would definitely come back, plus with the military discount, it is definitely worth the experience. If you can ask for anyone here, ask for Ruby or Lee

Kay did my nails! Got a builder gel full set with a french tip. She made them nice and thin for me and made sure I got the shape I was aiming for. I forgot who did my pedi but she was amazing, the massage was on POINT! This is the best nail salon I’ve gone to so far in SA. They are consistent enough for me to keep coming back. Nails haven’t lifted or chipped and I’m almost 2 weeks in. I believe they offer a 7 day fix if your nails get messed up ! Thats amazing and really generous compared to most salons now-a-days. They have tons of colors, designs, nail art, and product types to choose from. Side note: when did nails get so expensive?! RIP to all our wallets. Beauty hurts, but so do these prices lol. 😭

This was mine and my daughter's first time and what a wonderful experience. She had Danny and he did a manicure and Tony did my pedicure. It was so peaceful and relaxing. They serve amazing libations so you can relax even more. Just remember to have a DD. Lol very beautiful, well priced and great customer service. I will definitely become a fixture here.

Absolutely love my nails! Lily did an amazing job and gave me the perfect natural look. She's so detail-oriented and professional. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful nails.
