Great food, great service, broad food selection, great pricing. Everything you want in a friendly atmosphere. What more could you ask for in a dining experience? It is the top of my list!
After nearly two years of dining at Thai House, I can confidently say this is one of my favorite spots — and for good reason. The food is absolutely delicious, and what truly sets this place apart is its remarkable consistency in taste. Whether I'm dining in or ordering carry-out, the flavors I fell in love with are always there. The service is outstanding — the staff greet you with genuine smiles and make sure your experience is enjoyable from start to finish. They truly care about their customers, and it shows. Orders are delivered in a reasonable time, whether you're dining in or picking up. I especially love the lunch option paired with the soup of the day — a personal favorite that keeps me coming back. They've also recently refreshed their menu, which brings exciting new options while keeping the classics intact. I would definitely recommend this place — give it a try!
The Best Thai food in Charlotte. The portions are very generous and the service was AMAZING!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE THAI BASIL FRIED RICE WITH CHICKEN!! They start you with a delicious soup and spring roll as appetizers!! Your meal arrives about 10 minutes after serving your soup!!
DELICIOUS!!!! Best Panang Duck I’ve ever had! I ate here Christmas Eve and the restaurant was packed! The staff did a great job attending to everyone and delivering hot fresh food. I did wait for about five minutes to get seated but it was well worth it. Every dish that came out the kitchen looked appetizing and smelled great! I can’t wait to eat here again and to try more dishes from their menu. I also tried the Mango and Sticky Rice which hit the spot! Sweet juicy mango and delicious hot sticky rice served with a coconut sauce. YUM!
The moment we walked into Thai House for dinner, I could smell the wonderful aroma coming from the kitchen. And the food did not disappoint! Our group ordered the papaya salad, crab Rangoon, pad kee mao, pad see ew, crispy duck, and pineapple curry. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. Every dish was a hit. The service was attentive and friendly. The only reason atmosphere isn't getting five stars in this review is because the cooling system was struggling to keep up with the hot weather. Between the spicy food and the temperature indoors, we were sweating more than we might have liked. There were fans in there to keep the air moving, but it wasn't quite enough. I would totally eat here again when I'm in town!
