Sign in to reviewHad an absolutely lovely experience here for dinner with my family. The staff here is so kind and inviting. It truly feels like you're family, welcomed home. First of all you have to get their Thai Iced Tea it is TO DIE FOR! I think it was mango? And their Thai Iced Coffee is sooo yummy. We ordered the Thai Lao Sampler and the spring rolls, gyoza, and pot stickers were the best I've ever had! For our mains we got the Pad Basil Shrimp, Pineapple Fried Rice, Nuar Namtok "Tiger Tear" and Pla-Lao Prig. Easily the most flavorful, healthy, and beautifully plated Thai dishes I've ever had ever! What brought me in was their Ube Mango Sticky Rice Sundae and it did not disappoint! Everything I dreamed. Shoutout to Delia, Ari, Jojo, and Jessica for their amazing service. Around dinner time, the service isn't super speedy but I loved that I had time to sit and enjoy time with my family.
Thai Lao and Pho is a great spot if you want fresh, flavorful food in a relaxed setting. The pho was rich and aromatic, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere made it easy to sit back and enjoy the meal. If you’re craving pho or Thai dishes, this place delivers quality, comfort, and great flavor.
Went yesterday with my family. Kids LOVED the Pho! My wife got Pad Thai Shrimp Medium spicy. Daughter got Pad Thai Chicken no spice. I got Drunken Noodles with beef medium spicy. In my opinion, spicy levels are lower than expected as in Medium is Mild. Food was absolutely delicious! I know we could have asked for more chili hut food was amazing. Service was even better! We WILL be going back!!
My mom went there with friends for a friend's birthday dinner and she offered to get a meal to-go for me. I texted her "Larb kai" for my order; they gave her Yum Nuar even though she showed the server my text message. I only had two words in the message, which were larb kai, so no idea how they messed this one up unless they gave her the wrong to-go bag. Since someone drove my mom and other friends there, she didn't want to make them wait to remake the order. It looked good so I said I'd try it but as soon as I had my first bite, all I could taste was fish sauce. I spit it out. I've never stepped foot in this restaurant and never will. Seriously.. how do you mess up an order that is already written out for you?
I ordered the Yum Nuar, and it was an instant standout. The presentation came out looking beautiful, clean, and intentional, and it definitely had my attention. Then I took the first bite. Fresh, bright, and layered in a way that shows someone in the kitchen truly cares about craft. I had to pause mid-conversation and say, “Hold up, this is reaaally good!” The Thai iced tea was also sensational. The staff was friendly, and the hospitality felt natural and genuine. Nothing forced, just genuinely good people who seem to enjoy what they do. This is my new go-to for Thai food. Great food, great people, and great vibes. I walked out already thinking about what I want to try next. If you are anywhere near the area, treat yourself and stop by. 😋
