I had a great experience at The Bep Teahouse at Grant. It’s clean and cozy place to have some great time. Their interiors and sitting area is awesome. So many tea options in their menu and they have some good options as well. I would highly recommend it. Teas were really tasty and I asked for 50% sugar and still it was really tasty. Do try it out.
Bep's décor on Grant Rd is aesthetic pleasing. A small crowd on a slow day is always a plus, you can hear your party talk to each other. My drink order is always crafted to perfection. Only complaint here is the nail salon next door have their vents intertwine to the boba shop, some days you can smell the chemicals from the nail salon. If we came on a "bad" day, we usually take our drink to-go. Some days you catch a friendly cashier, which is always a vibe. Other days you catch someone that is not having a great day, but that's ok. I hope The Bep is here to stay in this area. Especially since it is so near to home.

Today I walked in and was greeted with a friendly and lovely atmosphere. The cashier that took my order was so patient and allowed me to make as many modifications as I wanted. Furthermore, when I asked for drink recommendations the cashier was so engaged and gave the best advice on which drink to choose (Helen’s Purple Jade). It was super sweet and I wanted to write a special review to highlight my experience. If you’re looking for exceptional service and drinks I’d definitely recommend this spot. FOR SURE ILL BE BACK!!
Great experience here! It’s a cute cafe with a lot of different variety for drinks and food items. I ended up getting a Magical Milk tea! It’s Jasmine milk tea with Butterfly Pea powder.
