Minus one star because I wish they had a better return policy like other reviewers have said. I know it’s common for online boutiques to have a “store credit only” policy but seems like it’s common for a full refund when there is a physical location for the boutique
This boutique is super cute and I loved everything in the store except the cashier. She was a young blonde woman with glasses and was very condescending and rude. I already felt a bit out of place being the only Hispanic in the store She commented on my purchase witch was just a pair of reading glasses. Stating that she buys nonfuntional items just to look cute as well. Condescending. She even made a rude comment while I was purchasing bc I had some card issues; insinuating that i had to move money around in my accounts. Not to mention while I was browsing the glasses I was taking a long time to pick a pair and she kept circling me. The other women were very sweet and commented my hair and style. This girl just seems to have very negative energy unfortunately. However I did love my readers so that's a plus.

This is the best shop in San Antonio!! The owners are the most amazing ladies around. They have great quality clothes and price range is great. This shop has the best customer service from the moment you walk in. I have shopped multiple times and always walk out with perfect items. They have new things coming in all the time. Check them out! You won’t be disappointed.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this boutique. I purchased a shirt and returned the very next day, expecting a refund since the item was still in new condition. Instead, I was told that refunds are not allowed and that I could only receive store credit. While I understand businesses can set their own policies, I find it frustrating that customers are not given the option to get their money back, even when returning an item immediately. Now I am essentially being forced to spend more money at a store I no longer wish to shop at just to use the credit from my return. A customer-friendly return policy goes a long way, and unfortunately this experience left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer. I won't be making future purchases here and wanted others to be aware of the store's refund policy before shopping
