Just a very well managed establishment. Every aspect of running their business is very comfortable and seamless. Hard to do any better. The receptionist staff is always at their best. I have been a client off and on for two years and have a special appreciation for the hard work required to be a massage therapist. I have a medical condition that is helped greatly with massage therapy. Each treatment I receive from Kim improves my flexibility range of motion and overall feeling of comfort and relaxation. It's a great "zone" to be in. The therapist is the key to a wonderful massage experience. My recommendation is Kim as a therapist. She is consistently improving her technique and truly cares about your experience. Enjoy!

This spa has fantastic customer service, the services are at a great competitive price, and the quality is absolutely there! I have been here quite a few times now. Ranging from a facial, a deep tissue massage, to a couples facial and massage package. The service has always been excellent. The spa is clean and looks like it got a recent facelift from what I’ve seen in old photos of the spa. I always leave feeling refreshed and highly recommend!

First timer here. I appreciate that they clearly post their prices online and that they have a website. This spa was very clean and the staff were so friendly. I got a 90 min deep tissue massage and it was really relaxing. I highly recommend trying this spa out if you are in the area. It is pretty affordable :)

Overall, just an okay experience. We did a couples package with a 1-hour Swedish massage and 1-hour head spa. Pros: Super clean facility. Very easy online booking with plenty of availability. All the staff we interacted with were incredibly sweet and kind. The massage therapists had a safe, nurturing, auntie vibe that immediately put us at ease. My husband loved his massage and said he felt relaxed the entire time. There were a lot of elements of my massages that were really enjoyable and relaxing as well! Cons: The main issue was communication and expectation management. At check-in, the receptionist asked about pressure preferences and focus areas. I mentioned we had already filled that out online, but she said it didn’t come through. We answered again, but that information still didn’t seem to reach our therapists. I did the $10 aromatherapy add-on. When it felt like that may have also not been communicated, I brought it up on the table. It took a few tries to get on the same page due to a significant language barrier. To their credit, the therapists clearly made a strong effort to communicate and check in throughout. I feel conflicted in sharing this at all because the lack of communication was by no means due to negligence. They genuinely wanted to do a good job. Still, the aromatherapy ended up just being a quick spray of essential oil at the beginning and end, and my therapist seemed unsure how it was meant to be incorporated. Throughout the 60 minute massage, I kept having to speak up to let her know that she was going too hard, or that it wasn't feeling quite right, but it often felt like we weren't quite understanding each other. I ended up receiving a lot of deep tissue and Thai-style work (including knees and body weight), which just isn't for me. I’m not sure how “light pressure Swedish massage” turned into getting punched and slapped LOL 😅. I’m now quite sore in those areas. In hindsight, I wish I had the presence of mind to stop the massage and reset expectations more clearly. Interestingly, my husband asked for medium pressure and got very light touch the entire time (which he loved), so it’s possible our preferences were mixed up. I’ve never done a head spa before, so I don’t have much to compare it to. But if this is typical, I probably wouldn’t do one again. It felt mostly like a very thorough hair wash plus a quick face cleanse, exfoliation, and mask. The technique leaned toward quick, vigorous motions rather than slow, relaxing ones. It wasn’t rushed as they had the full hour, but the style just didn’t feel especially soothing. Brushing out my hair afterward was painful, and I wish I had spoken up. I have more hair than is fair to make anyone deal, so she may have run out of time and had to rush at the end. My hair ended up frizzy and disheveled, so it didn’t feel like a “rejuvenation.” There were a few minutes of truly divine shoulder and neck massage, but overall I could have had a more relaxing experience taking a long shower at home with nicer products and saving $100. Lastly, the particular interiors we were in didn’t match what was online. The website shows cute garden views from the rooms, but none of the rooms we were in had that. The space felt more casual and pragmatic than upscale, overall more like a place I’d expect to pay significantly less for.

While booking online shows fully booked for the day, calling in to ask - they were able to accommodate. They came to my rescue and came in the day that I wanted. I’ve gone a couple times and Lilly (receptionist) in the past is my homegirl, super sweet - saw her, not as a receptionist😎 not sure who the new one is, forgot her name - she’s also nice and helpful, probably one of my favorite massage places. I discovered a new place, that is cheaper but have found that I may be allergic to what they use and feel Garden Wellness Spa is better quality. I had Cindy today and she was amazing! Didn’t have to tell her anything, just what I needed!!
