Wow. Zero out Ten. I went there one time and got a haircut. I thought you would get your own booth you don’t. OK that’s fine don’t worry about it whoever reads this. She walks up and starts cutting my hair and I said how long have you worked here. I could immediately tell she was going to be horrible. She said six months but I’ve been cutting hair 13 years. The haircut was so bad they didn’t even make me pay for it. Horrible haircut. Everybody’s nice at the front, it’s a nice atmosphere but still. You walk in the back it’s a little grimy back there. Maybe put some art on the wall. Space things out a little bit. I decided to give them another chance I got the upgraded person for the $80 haircut. $80!! The haircut was so horrible I was so upset. I drove to another place down the street and said look at this. Look how horrible this is. They said yeah that’s pretty bad. The next person spent 45 minutes fixing it. 45 min!!! That’s how much hair they needed to cut and fade. I will never go back to this place.
Had a great experience at this men’s salon! The customer service was excellent, the staff (and hair consultant: Taylor) were friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The haircut was spot on and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality grooming with a personal touch!
I've been a member at The Gents Place in Frisco for over 2 years now and honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire experience is top tier from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is always professional, relaxed, and consistent, and the staff genuinely makes you feel taken care of every visit. Big shoutout to Hannah at the front desk. She's always friendly, welcoming, and great to deal with. Little things like that make a huge difference over time. I have been coming here for over a year and it’s the best place to get your haircut, trimmed, or beard upkeep. I have tried other places and none of them come anywhere near The Gent’s Place. Hannah is incredibly personable, her and the concierge team always take such great care of me. The Gent’s place isn’t just a barbershop, it’s the definition of excellence.
