I worked with Liz by happenstance. I had sent an inquiry about a property I found on redfin, and she replied quickly. This was a first time home purchase for me; Liz helped walk me through what the process looked like. When we encountered issues she had professionals she worked with frequently that were able to come and provide advice and quotes in an extremely quick timeframe. She liaised with all the different parties and provided solid communication to me about the status and conditions of the property. Liz offered her professional opinion on things like inspections, property conditions, and offered educated speculation on future property evaluations like appraisal values or ease of filling a rental vacancy; even if we disagreed on a matter of opinion, she was willing to work on my behalf to try and resolve any issues. We closed on time and as expected thanks to Liz.

Liz is a fantastic real estate agent and advisor! My journey to get my home was 4-month long and full of obstacles.
