Once you find the right barber you’re basically together for life. I met Storm during the pandemic before she opened The Jade Rabbit and haven’t been to anyone else since 2021. To see the vision continue to grow while they [are all] still providing excellent, personalized service is what keeps me coming back. Not to mention, the new space is so light and bright and fresh. I’m looking forward to seeing the community build now that they’ve gone from 1 to 2 to now 6 chairs. 5 stars every single time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Storm and Hannah are awesome! I usually have anxiety going to a salon and never know what to ask for, but they were able to understand exactly what I wanted. The place is clean and inviting. Highly recommended and will return! Thank you for creating such a safe space
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience, when it's a really bad one! I came in for a haircut with Storm with a very clear discussion about the length I wanted. Unfortunately, my hair was cut several inches shorter than what we had agreed on. Once it dried and I was able to fully assess it, I noticed it was much shorter than expected, uneven in areas, and not the result we had discussed in any way! I didn't feel comfortable to address my concerns as another client was next to me and storms next client was there. I expressed my concerns and explained why I was disappointed. Rather than feeling that my concerns were acknowledged or handled professionally, the situation escalated in a way that left me feeling unheard. This experience was incredibly upsetting because hair takes a long time to grow, and trust is such an important part of choosing a stylist. I understand that mistakes can happen, but how concerns are handled afterward matters just as much as the service itself. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this salon or storm to cut your hair
Hannah is so awesome guys im happy with her work. She communicates very well and is nice and chill. If you’re on the edge, just stop by and see for yourself. I finally found a spot where I can trust someone to cut my hair and not regret it at all
Genuinely so welcoming and kind, and got exactly what I wanted from the cut! Prices are very reasonable. They also have student discounts Mon. and Wed, which is great if ur on a student budget. I had Hannah as my stylist and she was great company and very skilled at her job. 100% recommend!
