It is hard to describe the professionalism and personal care we received from Neil and Larry DiFranco. Selling our home of 49 years was an emotional roller coaster and they guided us every step of the way, from their first visit to our home until the closing. The attention to detail and their timely/gentle reminders (and advice) were invaluable. I was able to rely on them every step of the way--such organizational skills gave me peace of mind. They were realistic and honest -- we had never sold a home before and had no idea where to start--but they did! And I am grateful for their emotional support as they kept in mind that this was more than a business transaction. I feel very fortunate to have hired Neil and Larry for the sale of my home. Having a team was great, as my sale occured during the summer and Neil and Larry were able to back each other up. They were always available to talk and had thoughtful, robust answers to all my questions.
