Phong helped us find our dream home and we are on cloud 9! From the moment we met, I could tell he was going to be different than other professionals we've worked with. He asked about our needs, our non-negotiables, and our most important wants. He made sure he truly understood what we were looking for. And then he delivered. With all of the information he learned about our needs, he took us to tour homes that all aligned with them. We were able to find our home quickly, despite my wife and I having very tight schedules. The best part is that Phong is very friendly, personable, and a true expert in the field. He guided us every step of the way and made us feel like we were his #1 clients, always available and answering our many questions quickly. We never felt lost in the process as he was clear and concise with us in what to expect each step of the way (including potential speed bumps). My wife and I are so happy to have met Phong. In such a crowded field, it's so refreshing to have found someone who truly cares about his clients. If we ever outgrow our home, he will be our agent for life.

My husband and I are so fortunate to have found Phong when buying our first home, and we can't recommend him enough. Phong was so incredibly accommodating with our schedules and was really on point with his recommendations. The first time we met up I instantly trusted and respected his knowledge, advice, and opinion. I know zero about being a homeowner or even the steps we had to take from making an offer to closing. Phong walked us through everything! He discussed market trends with us when we were looking at houses and deciding on how to structure our offer. When we were viewing houses together he pointed out areas of the houses and estimated timelines for potential repairs/replacements (e.g., roof age and material, siding material, furnace, etc.) so we could consider future costs when making a decision. Phong was really great in letting us talk through our thoughts with him and we never felt pressured nor rushed. We are so so happy in our new house and it's all thanks to Phong! The whole process went really quickly and we ended up in a home that is perfect for us and our dogs!

Five-Star Phong! My wife and I were extremely lucky to get a call from Phong very early in our exploratory home-buying process. We had many hesitations and questions as first time home buyers - Nobody in our immediate families have ever purchased a home - Phong wasnt pushy at all! I believe his initial outreach to my wife caught her at a bad time, which he respected, and that made us feel good about circling back to setup a meet and greet. From our first meet up, Phong was incredibly personable, professional, and prepared. We dove in head first seeing houses the very next day, and like 10 the first weekend! Phong was somehow always available and never made us feel like we had to take a back burner to anyone else (which would've been perfectly acceptable as we're all human and he's running a business!) We probably saw close to 20 homes in total and we were never made to feel a burden - Phong would show up well informed and ready to walk thru, inspect, and give his professional opinion, but still leaving space for my wife and I to give our own genuine thoughts and feelings. Phong got us through an initial offer that didnt work out due to a more aggressive bid, into our home that was most certainly meant to be in our ideal location! He set proper expectations through the whole process and kept us well informed - I have found in chatting with friends and coworkers about the buying process, I as a first time homebuyer am more knowledgeable about the buying process than many of my peers thanks to Phong! I hope anyone looking for a realtor is lucky enough to work with Phong! I'll be sending anyone I know his way, and if/when we're ever in the market again, we know who our first call will be!
