Beautiful establish , I can tell change’s are being made . But customer service , needs to be addressed, if there is a next time .The African American chick had some weird energy going on . I asked her for lotion when I first got there and she was like “u knew u needed lotion before u got here “😑 also the job she did on my toes 😑🤔but the black guy and Beautiful owner were Cool , overpriced but I got free wine 🍷. But I did pay 25 for a polish change they gave me lotion after I asked lol 😆
Received nail & lash service from Thanhie. Disgusted! Nude nails below. My eyes were swollen,burning,& itchy. Returned a day later for issues to be fixed. Nails looked better(not for free). Lashes (individuals)looked better. Less …
From the time I walked in the door until the time I left everything was wonderful I never got a jelly pedicure but I did today it was so nice y’all got to try it ❤️ They even do the hot wax on your feet and the hot stones I’m in love, I love my nails and my toes if I could give them 100 stars I would, my daughter was with me and she didn’t have An appointment but they squeezed her in her eyebrows are lovely and her toes is outstanding This is going to be my new nail shop ❤️❤️❤️ I don’t even give tips but today I did and two at that lol 😂
First time I came a couple months back …I had an ok experience…set up an appointment with the same lady…and she kept saying it was set for 2:30 when I have the text that says 2:00….they slyly just gave me to inexperienced nail technician….he was respectful and did his best …but it definitely took him over 2 hrs to do my nails….i thought I had finally found a go to salon …but unfortunately will be looking else where…why ask us who we’d like to book with and then have them say “ I’ll prep you” meaning I’m going to do your nails instead of her … Edit : Oh and also …either he didn’t feel like soaking off the rest of my nail and put a fake nail on it …or somehow got acrylic between my nail and the fake nail…either way….there shouldnt be air between the nail…it’s not even on the nail or acrylic at this point….
MJ is in incredible! Having getting my lashes done in NYC for years, this has been the best lash experience I have ever had. Highly recommend The Nail Bar and Lash
