I’ve been coming to the Nail Lab for a year now and I can’t recommend them enough!! Everyone is so friendly and talented and the salon is very clean. I never used to get my nails done, but since I’ve started getting builder gel with Ivy, I can’t imagine my routine without her and her artistry! My nails have also gotten so long and have become even healthier than before, so do not wait, go ahead and book!!
I have been a loyal Nail Lab customer since 2022 and they never disappoint! Everyone here is so pleasant and extremely talented. Ivy has been doing my nails for a couple years and she is absolutely the best. 10/10 would recommend

Been going here for years and come out satisfied every time. All the nail techs are talented, kind, and professional. I get complicated designs and never have issues with requests being met, however, I always have a simpler backup design in mind just in case. Salon is clean and odorless. They also have beverages. Prices are typical for Buckhead. Policies are fair and contribute to maintaining a high standard.
I brought my 94-year-old client in to have her two index fingernails repaired. Before we even reached the front desk, the woman in the photo rudely shouted at us in an unprofessional manner what is it we want before we were even at the desk. When I explained what my client needed, she immediately began making excuses to avoid providing the service. First, she claimed they didn’t have the pink color my client was wearing. Then she said the nail couldn’t be repaired because there wasn’t enough of the nail left. However, when she brought over the color book, we found the exact shade—010—almost immediately. At that point, I realized my client didn’t need to spend her money at a business that treated customers this way. We chose to leave without receiving service. The customer service was terrible, and the staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, especially toward a 94-year-old customer.
