The Nails Spot

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for about 3 years now, and they have never disappointed me. I usually go in for dip nails, and every single time I leave beyond impressed with the results. Nikki and Cathy are both amazing at what they do—they really take their time and pay close attention to detail, making sure the shape, color, and overall look is exactly what I want. I never feel rushed, and they always make sure I’m happy before I leave. What really keeps me coming back, though, is the overall experience. The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The salon itself is always clean, well-kept, and has a relaxing atmosphere, which makes the experience even better. It’s hard to find a place that is this consistent with both quality and customer service. I truly trust them with my nails and wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a nail salon that does beautiful, long-lasting work and genuinely cares about their clients, I highly recommend this place!

First time here for pedicures the wife were pleased on them being able to take us in right at opening on Sunday. Great massage chairs. Prices were good. And everyone was very friendly.

A friend recommended The Nail Spot, so I took my mom last weekend. She had a good experience. The owner was about to charge her for gel, but when my mom told her she didn't have gel she quickly made the adjustment. The owner was nice and recommended I make an appt when I returned due to deciding not to get a pedicure (long wait time). I went back for the pedicure on 5.4.26 (evening). Unfortunately, my pedicure experience was not as good as I hoped it would be. Christine (short hair, older woman) was my tech. Nice, but I'm unsure if she was nervous or had other things on her mind as she seemed to forget my service requests. I was working on my laptop, so not totally paying attn. However, I noticed my toes were painted. She told me she accidentally used gel. I asked if that was on me or her as I had stated 3 times and identified number 88 on the nail chart. She took the gel off and re-polished my toes. Unfortunately, the paint job was not great. I received a manicure and asked for clear polish. The tech informs me she had already placed oil on my hands. I told her not to worry about the clear polish at this point. I love pedicures, but this took entirely too long making the experience unpleasant coupled with not feeling like I got what I paid for. My friend that referred me came to the shop parking lot and yelled "girl, who did your feet?" She says "they didn't clean up around your toes." With that being said, I would allow one more opportunity. However, I hate that I was looking forward to returning and it was an under-whelming experience.

I brought my daughter for a mani-pedi day and we both felt so cared for from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is peaceful and filled with such positive, loving energy …it felt like a little escape from everyday stress. My daughter’s gel nails and toes look gorgeous, and my dip powder nails and gel toes are beautifully shaped plus they took their time and treated my natural nails so gently to help me keep my length, which I really appreciated. The paraffin wax was heavenly and left my skin so soft, but the highlight for me was the hot stone massage 🥰exactly what I needed to relax and feel pampered. This place doesn’t just do nails… they truly nurture you. You can feel the care they put into every detail, and we left feeling refreshed, happy, and beautiful. 💅🏼💖
