Sign in to reviewThe restaurant has nice decor. However, it smelled terrible. One person in our group said it was sewer and I thought it smelled like a dirty mop was used. Unfortunately, the smell never got better. The service was slow because there is only one person working. She got my order wrong. After everyone got their food I asked about the missing item and she said she didn’t charge me for it. I said it was the first thing I order, so then I had to buy it and wait even longer for the one corndog to come out. Not one smile or friendly gesture. But she was kind and answered our questions. The biggest disappointment was the food. The corn was cold. We got both sizes (w/ flamin hot and classic) and they were both drowning in lime juice. The corndogs were terrible (we tried two kinds), they use the absolute cheapest hot dogs and they are tiny. The garlic noodles were okay, the flavor was good but it didn’t have enough sauce and they were also not hot. The beef on the noodles is sirloin and it was not cooked fresh. It must’ve been sitting around for hours because it was dry and also not hot. The popcorn chicken probably had the best flavor. They are store bought and tossed in a sauce. I liked them but everyone in the groups did not. The bobas we had (6 total) were just okay but a bit very pricey. It was about $35 for two people and $50 for 4. Mind you, these are snack portions and not full meals. $8 for a basic matcha latte is pretty high. The one from Starbucks is cheaper and better. It also does not come with the boba that is shown in the picture. We will likely never go back. I don’t often write negative reviews to this extent, however there were so many mixed reviews that I thought it best to be as honest and factual as possible. You will have better tasting food, better quality/quantity, and better service at any restaurant in that shopping center.
I was so excited to try this and I didn’t even know it was in my neighborhood 🎉 The restaurant is very relaxing with a little modern setup and I loved it. When I walked in I was the only customer which was great because short wait time. I was not greeted by the 1 employee that seemed to be by herself. As I stood looking at the menu, she walked to the register and just stood there, no hello, no can I help you, no recommendations, just a blank look on her face. I looks over and kindly asked, “ Are you waiting for me?” She replied yes. I order the Dakgangjeong and only waited a few minutes before my order was. The chicken is absolutely delicious! It is a very large portion so can be shared with 2 or 3 people. Delicious sauce and tender juicy chicken. Customer service was no bueno and I don’t know if I return but it’s a possibility.
I went today and got 3 teas. They were good, nothing special. The workers were very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The food was not the best. The garlic noodles looks better than it tastes. It tastes like the parmesan cheese you put on pizza that come in those little packets. It has the slightest sweetness that I didnt like. My son got hot cheeto fries and they were ok. This isn't a place I'd recommend food but I also wouldn't call it bad. The inside was extremely humid. We went during an event and there were fans but not enough of them. It was just very warm and overwhelmingly humid. The music was on so loud that I could not talk comfortably and have a nice conversation. I had to kind of yell. I would chalk this up to being ok, not bad, but not good. I wouldn't recommend anyone go out of their way to go here but if you're in the area and plan to get a drink to go then yes.
The Nest Boba Café is such a great spot! The ambiance is very nice and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff was super helpful, and the girl at the cashier suggested the Cookies & Cream boba—it was the best! 🤩 Her recommendation was absolutely perfect. We’re definitely visiting again. Highly recommend this place for amazing drinks and great service! 🧋
Nice spot for some tea and good food. In the area, we decided to give this place a try. My wife enjoys boba tea more than I do, so I wanted to bring her some and try out their menu. The chicken was really tasty, and the fries while good could have used some real shredded cheese instead of the cheese sauce/cheese whiz that they put on it. It really took away from our overall experience, but the food is still worth a try for all in the area
