The Pho Asian Fusion

Came here for the first time today and ordered the Bo Ne (Sizzling Steak & Eggs Skillet). I enjoyed the portion to cost ratio, the amount of steak they provided, and absolutely loved the pate flavor! The location is great. The restaurant itself is spacious, ambient, and provides a great atmosphere to dine at. Parking is free at the local retail garage, just a short walk from the restaurant. Friendly service and my food came out in a timely manner. My only critique is the baguette. You could tell it was not fresh and just heated up. Which isn’t a deal breaker, but it was pretty stale and chewy. The salad was okay, but I still enjoyed it overall. I absolutely am a huge fan of Bo Ne, and will be back in the future to get more. Give them a try!

I wanna give a huge shout out to Kim. Thank you. I really appreciate this is my first time trying this. Everything was hot and fresh. The pineapple basil fried rice chicken was really good. The spring rolls were really good and my Theo I can imagine his food is excellent too. I’m definitely gonna try out the curry chicken and see how that is thank you.

I’m giving this place a 3 out of 5 stars—not because it’s bad, but because it’s right in the middle for me. I tried the vegetarian pho, and it was really good. The broth was flavorful, everything tasted fresh, and I genuinely enjoyed it. Honestly, the food itself was closer to a 4 or even 5 out of 5. What brought the rating down was mostly the service. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t very attentive. I wasn’t really checked on, and there wasn’t much interaction at all. It just felt a little off and impersonal. The other issue was the pricing. The menu listed the vegetarian pho at $14, but when I went to pay, it came out to about $17. I didn’t say anything at the time, but looking back, I think I may have been charged for a large bowl. I never asked for a large and didn’t realize that’s what I was getting. I probably should’ve clarified in the moment, but I do think it would’ve been better if they had confirmed whether I wanted a regular or large before bringing it out. It’s only a few dollars, so it’s not a huge deal, and mistakes happen. But for around $17 plus tip for a bowl of vegetarian pho, it felt a little pricey for what I received. Overall, the food was solid, but the service brought the experience down to a 3 out of 5 for me.

Food was delicious! Portions were large and reasonable prices. Got the banh mi + 2 bao lunch special (dine in only) for $15. Banh mi was so big I only ate half. Friendly service :) Will be back!

We ordered through DoorDash and the food arrived in about 40 minutes. Fried Taro Cake / Bot Chien ($14.40): This was just okay. The sauce was good, but the bot chien itself was not crispy. Definitely not worth the price. Banh Mi Xa Xiu / BBQ Pork Sandwich ($12): The bread was not crispy, the BBQ pork was a bit dry, and the flavors were very lackluster. I did not taste any pate or egg mayo and the veggies were sparse. It was so underwhelming that we ended up dipping it into the bot chien sauce just to give it some moisture. We also added Chin-su sauce to help with the flavor. The sandwich was not cut in half either. Pork Chop Rice Plate / Com Suon Nuong ($18): The first piece of pork was really good, but every piece after that went downhill. The pork did not seem evenly marinated, and some pieces were dry. The rest of the rice plate was solid though, especially the fish sauce.
