The only good thing about this restaurant was the pho. Unfortunately, the vermicelli wasn’t great, the chicken had no flavor. The restaurant itself also looked visibly dirty and had noticeable moisture, which made the environment feel unpleasant.

I have been dining here for YEARS and since then, there have been several changes with new owners/management. In the last several months, the food quality has been bad. The spring rolls, egg rolls aren't prepared as they had been; vermicelli bowls are always differently prepared, food is either cold or not fresh or not fully cooked. Last time I was in, and will never be in again, was a horrible experience! Chicken was overcooked and dry; egg rolls were not fresh and had a weird color to them, vermicelli bowl was missing certain items and are not prepared the same each time. When I complained and asked for Manager, there was no Manager to speak with, but then all of a sudden the new person there that said he does marketing for Restaurant all of the sudden became the Manager. He kept going back and forth with Kitchen and when I asked to speak to someone in Kitchen he said no one could come out but yet, he was clearly getting his instructions from someone in back. I asked for something else early on with the 2 entrees and appetizer, as I was dissatisfied with taste, quality, freshness. They said no. I then said I would not pay for what I received and moreso because of the customer service provided. He then said he would have to call police if I didnt pay....... Wow!, after years of being a loyal customer. After back and forth, etc, I paid for half of my meal and the other entree was refunded. An evening I was looking forward to after work, turned to shit. Oh and I was told the cooks have been there for years and knew what they were doing. The cooks are slacking and need to go through a quality check, menu refresher etc. And lastly, I left message with so -called Manager for owner to call me before I submitted a review AND STILL NO CALL......SHAME. Guess this new owner just doesn't give a damn about loyal customers. I also want to mention that Ricky is a wonderful server with great Customer Service!

Food tastes quite abysmal if authenticity is concerned. Other than that it's okay. Maybe meat is more fresh during lunch, because when we come for dinner, the taste is so off we have to use lots of chilly oil to mask it, especially the grilled protein. Great atmosphere thanks to the huge space. Service is okay, staff is distracted every now and then but still nice and helpful.

Pho was good. My kids like the soup flavors; sob raved it was the beat ever and ate every drop up. I thought it was ok. Husband had the beef noodle (tit nuong). I thought that was good. We came later in night so not as busy. Service was prompt.
