He'd pass it on to Trinh, who worked and negotiated tirelessly to make it happen. The results were even better than anticipated. These guys are pros. Not only that, we became fast friends. Duy and I would spend hours on the phone just talking, sharing and getting to know each other. Such a great guy. No doubt, they are my go-to real estate agency. I had a very disappointing experience with The Realty TX. From the start, communication was poor. Messages and emails were often ignored, and when they did respond, it felt rushed and dismissive. As a landlord, they failed to address basic maintenance issues. I reported a leaking faucet, broken heating, etc. multiple times, but repairs were delayed for weeks with no clear timeline or updates. Additionally, the property was not in the condition promised during the showing. The carpets were stained, and several appliances were outdated or not functioning. It’s clear that customer service and tenant satisfaction are not a priority. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional, reliable realtor or landlord.
