Rose sat down with us and listened to what she wanted, then got straight to taking care of business. The color job and cut was transformative for my mom, and Rose was even able to give me a quick refresh razor cut while my mom's color was processing. Her workflow was intuitive and her handling of her tools was so professional, she clearly knows what she's doing and works from a place of experience when caring for clients. Neither my mom nor I had ever come to this salon before, and we had just booked the appointment the previous night. All I can say is that Rose really held down the floor and knew how to approach us. Her handling of the service was extremely professional, as well as personable, warm, and honest. My mom was looking for this hair transformation to be a much-needed boost for her self esteem, and it couldn't have gone better. Sometimes a trip to the salon can intersect with a crucial and sensitive personal moment, and it means so much when someone like Rose shows up at the right time to really deliver a positive outcome. I’m not one that does much with my hair, it kinda just did its own thing and grew!! 😂 So when I made my appointment to go in I wasn’t sure if I only wanted a trim or if it was Truly Time for a Change. I made my appointment with Kellie and was thankfully able to get in quickly ♥️ She was finishing up when I arrived, The Salon is very open and gives a relaxing vibe, so I took a seat and waited. While walking to “the chair” Kelli finally realized what she was in for🤣🤣🤣 Upon walking into The Salon my hair was EXTRA looong 😂 (I was starting to sit on it🙄). So Kelli & I started talking…… Y’all!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HAIR!!!! I decided to give her some creative freedom with a few requests and Kelli ROCKED IT!!! She took out some weight, took off “a bit” of length 🤣 and gave me a Completely New Look!!♥️😁😁 Kellie, you are a an artist!! Thank you SO MUCH!! P.S. My husband LOVES it!! 🤣🤣
I had the good fortune of having Melissa cut and style my complicated hair. I have a lot of it and when the curls dry they lose about 4 inches of length, but I also blow dry it straight, so in my opinion it takes a master stylist to estimate how it'll look left curly or straightened. I was happy with how I looked when I left the salon, most important how it looks whether I style it curly or straight, and how it looks on my work online meetings. Thank you Melissa, you did an amazing job.
Melissa did an amazing job on my hair cut and style I have never been to such a professional hair stylist like her she knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job at it! The salon feels warm with all the Holiday decorations, and the stylist are all very friendly, just a great experience!
