For guests who want to extend their visit, reviews mention access with a visit to amenities including a sauna, steam room, indoor pool, and jacuzzi. A peaceful relaxation room between treatments is another feature noted by a guest who booked a full-day package. Complimentary water and drinks are mentioned in a review, and lunch is available to purchase on site. These amenities can make the spa a fit for people who want to pair a treatment with time to unwind, rather than schedule a quick appointment and leave. My experience at The Spa at Ballantyne was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was serene, luxurious, and welcoming. I booked the lavender massage, and it was truly one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I’ve ever had. The therapist was incredibly skilled, using just the right amount of pressure while incorporating the calming scent of lavender to melt away stress and tension. The combination of soothing aromatherapy and expert technique left me feeling refreshed, restored, and completely at peace. Every detail—from the tranquil ambiance to the attentive service—made the experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate in relaxation and self-care, I highly recommend treating yourself to the lavender massage at The Spa at Ballantyne. Pure bliss—five stars all the way!

This was one of the best spas, I’ve been to. I’ve been from NY to Arizona for spa treatment. I had a facial and pedicure, prices are a little expensive, but well worth it. The pedicure was so so, but the facial was so nice. I spent all day there, once I dropped off my foster children at school. They have indoor and outdoor pools, they have a steam room, a lounge that’s filled with snacks and you have your own locker, they provide you with slippers and a bath robe.

Worth every cent! I had the massage. Any visit comes access to the sauna, steam room, indoor pool, and jacuzzi. Also, you get complimentary water and drinks. You can also purchase lunch on site. The staff is the most helpful in the world! Highly recommend! I need to make it a tradition to come back!

I live in the area and this has been my go to spot for years. I love going to Erica, she is amazing. I just went to book my normal 80 min deep tissue and it isn’t available, no 80 min are. They have all been changed to 100 min appointments …

I surprised my girlfriend with a full day package including a facial, massage, mani/pedi, and lunch. Everything was PERFECT. The staff made her feel like royalty. Staff members Maya and Roberto added romantic ideas to elevate her experience ! The relaxation room between treatments was so peaceful, and the view made it even better. It might cost more compared with a franchise Spa, but worth it.
