Lymphatic massage is a signature service mentioned repeatedly by reviewers. Customers describe Courtney’s technique as effective and say she takes time to understand their needs. Some reviews discuss visits related to seromas and post-procedure concerns; these are individual customer experiences, not a substitute for medical care or a guarantee of results. If you are considering massage after a procedure or have a health concern, check with your medical professional about what is appropriate for you, then contact the spa to ask whether its services fit your needs. This thoughtful approach can help you make an informed choice before booking.

The atmosphere comes through in the way customers describe their visits: welcoming, pleasant, and personal. One reviewer appreciated being accommodated after a last-minute cancellation elsewhere, while others say they feel comfortable returning for regular care. That combination may suit people seeking a familiar provider and a calm, one-on-one spa visit rather than an impersonal appointment. Reviews also mention feeling listened to and appreciating Courtney’s knowledge of lymphatic massage. Experiences vary from person to person, but the feedback consistently points to attentive service and a warm welcome.
