Exceptional service warrants a proper review Due to circumstances outside of the scope of my control I was once again back in the market for a new home. After having a difficult time with previous realtors that I felt were not working in my best interest, I was weary about going through a realtor to find my ideal home. Perhaps a private sale would be better, I thought. Browsing through the numerous realtors online one stood out to me, Thu Nguyen of Kimberly Adams Realty, and am I glad she did because she has been nothing short of amazing with this experience for me and my family. Thu has been extremely patient with us throughout and I cannot thank her enough for being so kind and understanding. I did not feel rushed whenever we went to go look at a prospect. She worked around the clock to help me any way she could because she understood and empathized with my situation. You don’t meet a lot of people in this industry like her because she made me feel that my interest, needs, and wants mattered to her. Over the course of three and a half months she met me every step of the way from answering questions in a timely manner, scheduling appointments to view a property, and communicating with owners on my behalf. We probably went to go see close to 20 different properties, and not once did she express frustration, complained, or made me feel I was wasting her time. Did I mention she has an awesome personality? She made me feel more like I called a friend for help in looking for a home. A little about me. I’m a really picky and meticulous person. Minor nuances I discovered at several of the properties kept me from making a decision on them. A few of the homes were filthy, unkempt, and seemed it’d cost more to renovate. I wanted a home that would pleasantly accommodate a family. Rooms had to be of generous sizes and doesn't give the impression they’re for children under ten years of age. Style and function matter a lot to me also. I think this is what made our search more difficult. Several homes had awkward wall placements, some felt very dated, and others had floor plans that made absolutely no sense. Anyone else probably would’ve given up on me, but Thu was very determined to help me find a place to call home. This by no means was an impulsive buy because a lot of note taking and reviews of property photos and information was taken into account to come to a decision. I didn’t just go on a feeling though I admit at times I almost settled for mediocre. During our trips Thu stood by to provide insight, information, and offered suggestions while I examined the properties. Needless to say I learned a lot from this experience and from her. Finally on March 15 we found the perfect home for me and my family. I sincerely cannot thank her enough for all that she put up with in helping me realize and achieve my new residence here in Texas. I do not normally type reviews, but I felt the need to let you know how incredible Thu is. I urge anyone in the market to buy property or even to lease to give her a chance with your endeavor. You most certainly will not be disappointed and just like me may even have an enjoyable time finding your piece of the American Dream with the help from someone who sincerely cares.
