4/2/23: Jane Kim Do of Superior Real Estate Group was a bad choice from beginning to end. She rushed our home onto the market, taking crooked unflattering pictures on her phone and never advising us on how to make the place look more presentable beforehand. She then listed our mobile home without first reviewing park rules resulting in the landowner asking us to take it off the market. Instead of making the effort to find out park requirements herself, she asked us to go find out for her and get her the necessary paperwork. After that, our experience with her continued its downward spiral. Jane agreed to any demand from the buyer, never negotiating in our favor when we were lowballed. She wanted us to take any offer no matter how low since we already agreed om a flat fee because she was a "trusted" acquiantance. In the end, even after we conceded to all the terms buyer's agent had asked for, she still couldn't close the deal. She blamed everything from the landlord to the land lease when the only thing to blame is her own incompetence. By the way, we found another agent who helped us sell our home in less than a week. More proof that the right agent makes a difference, and the wrong one makes excuses. Update 6/3/23: Instead of using this experience to reflect and improve, Jane decides to call my mom and get her to pressure me to take down my review. This is further proof of her questionable character and work ethics. You can not silence my truth. Update 6/4/23: Jane has also decided to call my new agent to bother him about the negative review. He has absolutely nothing to do with this. Online reviews are a fair platform for clients to rate services. Please stop annoying people because it will not change my rating.

Jane Kim Do sold our house in Irvine $145,000 more than market price just after a week of listing. She also found us a smaller home in Westminster for retirement. She timely referred us to a handyman to repair the A/C early in the morning to meet the buyers final home inspection. She was dedicated and trustworthy. Thank you gain, Jane!

I wish I read a Google review of Thomas Luong before we applied to rent a house and before we paid to get our credit checked (only to find out one week later after a lack of responsiveness that the rent had increased by $300 for the rental property). This lack of communication is unprofessional. I do not recommend this real estate group.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! i will not recommend it 100%..specialy THOMAS LOUNG not a good broker/real estate agent. i dont know why he had an award he doesnt deserve it. worst real estate and its our worst experience.

Worst housing experience I have ever had! Almost 3 weeks since I moved out.......still waiting on info about my $4000+ deposit.
