I met Thuy in 2018 as she inquired about me possibly wanting to sell my home in Westminster, Ca. By chance, I had been considering this prior. After talking with Thuy for about 45-minutes, I had gained more than enough trust and confidence in her ability and desire to sell my home and I knew that she aimed to please. Thuy handled every aspect of my home sale. 4-days after its listing, we had an offer above asking and market price, no appraisal and as-is. Thuy even showed my home twice more to secure more potential buyers in the event the first fell through. I believe she acquired 4 firm offers to purchase my home and all at asking price or above. Escrow was very efficient and timely as promised. Nothing was left unfinished. Anytime I had a question (and I always have many) Thuy answered or returned my message within the hour.
