Sign in to reviewThis place is a fraud and engages in fraudulent charges. The medical services are below mediocre, the doctor did not ask me anything about the conditions, circumstances or diet. Basic primitive care, apply a cream. Then the facility charged $50 more than my health insurances approved for that specific service. Easy fix you would think, I calledand left a message no resolution. I call again talk to the billing department, promises that will talk to my insurance and handle. Four months later no action was taken my extra extra charge is still there. This place is a fraud and is waiting to be sued I guess.
Worst customer service! My son is patient here. Next month he is going to UC Berkeley for his school. I was called to make appointment for next month but the staff keeps saying they full ! What wrong I called a month ahead and my son is leaving on 8/15 cannot waiting for other months and the stuff hang up the phone on me. They don’t have customers service when my son is a patient there!
