Sign in to reviewBusy shopping and eating area. Parking can be challenging. Order on the kiosk. They have indoor seating and a restroom. Got black sugar boba milk tea and a strawberry peach with aloe. All good and would come back. $6.75 for the black sugar with boba is a good deal $7.85 for strawberry peach with aloe is on the high side. Service was fast and very nice. She had to come around and show us how to order the strawberry peach we saw in the window. Order strawberry and add on peach.
Since truedan closed, and I saw that Tiger Tea was opening up, I was excited to try since I've been to the Burlingame location. You order off a kiosk which is pretty simple. You can either sit and wait for your drink or go outside. They can notify you by text if you'd like to know when your order is ready. I got the matcha latte with boba and a watermelon slush. I really liked the boba as it was soft but still chewy. The watermelon slush was fresh blended watermelon with ice and I thought it was quite refreshing. Staff is friendly and service is good.
The wife was craving for some nighttime boba so we came to Tiger Tea & Juice. We got their oolong milk tea, coconut pudding, and brown rice tea. Glad they're so close to us! We ordered online and it was ready within 10 minutes. Very quick and efficient. We got there late at night so there were less people but it's always nice to see the giant black tiger logo. Clueless cashier who said I was not able to use my gift card even though the instructions say to provide phone number to check out. Prior cashiers were able to apply just fine.
I remember when this place used to be a family owned boba shop years back, then the ownership changed to TrueDan. Been to that TrueDan once and never came back after they left a negative experience for me. Was happy they left and now it became Tiger Tea & Juice. Been itching to give this place a try through recommendations, but everytime it was either packed or closed. Finally I got to try it out, I used their kiosk and they offer many refreshing/exciting options. Service was great and I was very satisfied. Definitely will be back!
