Tina Nail

I have never written a Google review before but I knew I had to after my great experience at Tina Nail! I was desperately looking for a new nail salon after my old one had my nails practically crumbling after two weeks. I’m so glad I stumbled upon Tina Nail! They were extremely kind (stayed after close for me, spent extra time shaping my nails because of how bad the previous ones were, and even put my shoes in a bag to carry home) and the design matched my inspo pic exactly. Not only that, but the prices are VERY modest for the quality of work they offer. Will definitely be back and cannot recommend them enough!

My last visit here was excellent, which made this one especially disappointing. We were told to come back in an hour due to the wait. Fine. But after returning, I sat with my feet in a lukewarm gelatin soak for roughly 40 minutes before anyone actually started the pedicure. The actual foot work itself then felt extremely rushed, maybe 20 minutes total including a very brief massage. Meanwhile, my partner’s service moved along much more normally and thoroughly. I also was never asked whether I wanted any coating, buffing, or color options at all, which felt presumptive simply because I’m a man. On top of that, I’m not happy with the trim itself. The nails are uneven and still rough looking despite the service. I understand places get busy, and I do not enjoy complaining about service workers, especially when communication is difficult. But this visit felt noticeably uneven and far below the quality of our previous experience.

I love Tina Nails and won’t go anywhere else. Everyone there is so kind and they always make me feel welcome. The salon is clean, the service is always excellent, and they do an amazing job with my nails every single time. They’re careful, detailed, and make sure everything looks perfect before you leave. My nails always last well and look gorgeous. If you’re looking for a reliable nail salon with great customer service, this is the only place in town to go. Tina is the best 🩷

I just tried a new nail place here in San Antonio and had such a great experience! I got builder gel done by kelsey, and she was amazing. She was super detail oriented, took her time, and made sure everything was perfect. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. The whole appointment felt relaxing and not rushed at all. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out definitely coming back!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! I have been coming for 10 years . Tina does my nails and I have been happy with her expertise. She’s consistent and reliable . Helen has been doing incredible pedicures for my toes , what I love is that she gets all the gunk out , clips my nails , scrubs them clean . I enjoy the oil and lotion massage. Sooooo refreshing and relaxing.
