Customers describe an atmosphere that can feel warm and lively. One first-time visitor appreciated being seen as a walk-in without a long wait and mentioned the music-video playlist, which brought back memories and became a conversation starter. Reviews also mention massage chairs and a relaxing, pampering feel. Other guests describe friendly, welcoming staff and efficient service, while some reviews report feeling unwelcome or rushed. Taken together, the feedback suggests that the experience can vary by visit and service provider. If you are new to the salon or trying a service for the first time, asking questions and discussing the steps in advance may help you feel more comfortable.
For guests considering extensions or acrylic nails, reviewers mention good-quality tips and a technician who guided a first-time acrylic customer through each step. Other customers highlight a chrome gel manicure and cat-eye polish, with one describing the chrome result as especially impressive and another recommending cat-eye as a beautiful option. Reviews also mention help with repairing damaged nails. These are customer accounts rather than guarantees of a particular result, and feedback on polish wear is mixed: one reviewer praised a gel manicure, while another said regular polish chipped substantially after one day. You can ask about the options for your preferred finish and how to care for it after your appointment.

My first time and I was a walk-in (no long wait)... Have have to say I lovedddd the energy here. Generational business, you can feel the love and warmth... The massage chair was amazing!!! I felt pampered. I enjoyed the music video playlist... It had everyone reminiscing and asking what Playlist was it. Nails came out exactly as asked. They have discounted parking at $12. I will definitely be back- next time with an appointment.
Yesterday, August 4 was my first time here as a walk-in Customer. My experience was very distasteful. I didn’t feel welcomed at all and I feel like my service was rushed. My first nail tech was an older woman. Honestly I don’t think she should be working anymore. I originally came in for a soak off and full set. The lady did not soak my nails at all. She clipped them with a nail clipping then tried to lift them up with tweezers which was VERY PAINFUL. Just breaking the acrylic and cracking my natural nails! She finally after 30 mins decided to wet a cotton swab with acetone and wrap foil around my nails for about 10 mins. Then she went back to clipping and trying to rip them off then eventually filing them. She finally got the nails ofc but left bits of acrylic on my index finger that I had to remove myself as she worked on a pedicure for someone else. Her hands were not washed in between us. Very unsanitary. She also stopped my nails again to wax someone’s eyebrows. Another nail tech arrived while I waited. My nail tech was rude and a little ghetto. She was also very rough. She would shoo or fling my hand away from her whenever my gel needed drying. One of them didn’t dry properly so she sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes because she had to polish it again and very rudely said “make sure your hand is all the way in so I don’t have to do it again” Her attitude was very condescending the entire appointment. She commented on how brittle my nails were and asked me like 5 times if I wanted to keep my length as if I were an incompetent child. She was also very rude when speaking to customers on the phone and yelled “speak up I can’t hear you” then slammed the phone down and said “scammers”. Very unprofessional. My nails are different lengths and the French tip is inconsistent. It’s wider on one side than the other and she did not pay attention to my cuticles at all. Very disheartening because this place has a lot of nice reviews. I went through all of this and still tipped $10 on a $35 bill. UPDATE: polish is chipping after 1 DAY. insane.
I really like this salon but my last experience here was not great. I got an incredible chrome gel manicure in January that looked amazing and was one of the best manicures I’ve ever gotten, but then I got regular polish in February and it chipped off in large chunks in only one day and the nails are inconsistent lengths. My manicurist this time seemed really rushed and I think she missed a step. I’m disappointed because I got this done for a trip and don’t have time to get it fixed before I leave.
This was the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had, full stop. Everyone was so friendly, efficient, and professional, and as someone who was new to the world of acrylic nails, my nail tech made me feel so comfortable and guided me through each step. Not to mention very reasonably priced and the music playing was great!!
Everyone was so welcoming and warm. Officially my favorite nail salon. Excellent service, nice equipment, good quality tips for extensions, and even better prices. Andy helped me fix my ruined nails and brought them back to life. Give cat eye polish a try. It’s beautiful! Thank you :)
