Tipsy Toes Nail Bar

I had the most loveliest experience getting a mani-pedi at Tipsy Toes! When I walked in for the appointment, I was greeted and offered water/hot green tea. The place is wonderfully decorated with plants and flowers - super relaxing atmosphere & clean. The staff is very competent, friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they answered all my questions, and gave me options to choose from and no cuts/no blood either. I got red French tips and it turned out so beautiful and clean! I highly recommend coming in and trying out the place yourself. Parking garage available (2hr free)

2 stars for lack of transparency, lack of communication, and overcharging me. 1. I came in with an appointment for Missy not knowing who she was. Once I stepped in, I told Missy unknowingly that I was there for builder gel. She told me that the person who was going to see me had to go to the doctor but that she could see me in 30min. Michelle came in 18min after my set appointment so I sat down thinking it was Missy. After she finished, Missy introduce herself and tells me “ I’m Missy but I don’t do builder gel” why not be honest? had she told me beforehand I would have settled for gel x. Since I went per recommendation. 2. While doing my nails I asked for a specific base color and she repeats it to confirm. She comes back with a different number color but didn’t say anything. She just shows me and asks if i like it. I said yes it’s nice. Still no mention the it’s a different color. I eventually say the different number and she says “yes.” Why not tell me “hey I couldn’t find the color you wanted but i thought this might work too” that would have been perfectly understandable. But no she chose to try and hide it. 3. Builder gel on natural nails is $60 + French tip $10 = total $70 she tells me “I’ll do cuticle care but won’t charge you” my total was $75 guess how much cuticle care cost.. $5.. I didn’t say anything because frankly I was so over it by then and money isn’t an issue so I just wanted to pay and leave. I’m sure Missy is great, I would not recommend Michelle but transparency is important for me and therefore will not be returning.

Had appointment today at three came in a couple months early and I was told to have a seat and wait a little bit which I did. I had my pedicure done first, and then I had my nails done second and all I can say is the service was excellent. There were no problem. They did everything to my liking, which is a huge plus for me. I was also offered either some water or tea and the whole appointment was very relaxing and enjoyable. So if you’re looking for a place that will take very good care of your hands and feet or if you have any nail designs in mind, this is the place to be thank you tipsy toes for everything you have a returning Customer.

Okay soo I was avoiding getting a pedicure for over a year from a bad experience from a different salon i had to take medicine to clear up my nails and was sketch on getting my toes done at all , but Missy and the staff at tipsy toes are a straight gift. I've been going for about 4 months straight now and its my little safe space and place for quiet time and to get a beautiful pedicure. Missy has helped me out with having the cutest toes , and giving me a little break from reality , my pedicures have lasted 3ish weeks but honestly the massages and the way they take care of me I go back almost every two weeks. My toes definitely could go the full 3 weeks , but these pedicure treatments include it all and I just love being in that chair.

Been coming to missy here at tipsy toes for a year now! I came to see her because my workplace only allows certain colors and after talking to missy, we agreed on a nude that looks a true nude against my skin tone! Shes knowledgeable and gives great advice to colors
