Sign in to reviewThai milk tea w/boba, half sugar $6.25 Best thai tea I've ever tried, very strong tea flavor, a little too sweet for me, but forgivable because the tea taste really good. The space is pretty small. Will come to try other flavor next time ;)
1. The smoothie had a nice blend as well as a strong note of mango! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes with a cozy interior! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with my drink order! It took about 5 mins! Note: There is a restroom available for customers! Photo: Mango Smoothie
Thai tea was good, I wish it had a bit less cream and a stronger flavor but it was still really good and the boba was chewy and fresh. The prices and the size were both very good 👍 …
Tira Tea House provides excellent service with a casual, yet carefully planned, ambiance. Tira Tea House stood out to me as a smaller tea shop that serves boba, tea, coffee, and sweets. What distinguishes this place from all of the other drink shops is that it creates has a cozy home-like vibe with employees who care about your drink. Immediately when you walk into the store, all of the decorations seem like it is purposely placed and everything matches well. When I entered, I was greeted by Regina, one of the employees at Tira Tea House. As I browsed the menu, she asked if I had any questions and was attentive to my presence. When I asked her about the difference between her Oolong Milk Tea versus other places, she explained how she brewed the tea and what goes into the milk tea. She then asked if I wanted to try a sample and also asked for the sweetness level -- which I replied 25%. When she came back, she mentioned that the sweetness would be around 25-30% since the drink was in a small container that it was hard to measure the exact 25% necessary. However, the gesture in and of itself was welcome and allowed me to gauge their tea quality. When I tasted the sample, Regina asked how it was and I stated that I enjoy a stronger oolong taste. In this case, she told me that she could make it stronger by reducing the milk and sugar levels and increasing the amount of unflavored tea as a compensatory mechanism. I decided to go for the stronger Oolong Milk Tea with boba. Overall, I thought that the drink was above average. The oolong flavor was more prevalent with her adjustment, but I still wanted more. The sweetness was good and the creaminess of the drink was as well. The boba is hard to rate since I know different people have certain expectations of how boba should be. The boba was decent, but it was on the harder side compared to other boba places that I have been to. I wouldn't mind ordering the drink again. Afterwards, I stayed and talked with Regina about her life and her decision to be a barista. She exuded friendliness and a drive to constantly improve her drinks -- which I could tell from the way she adjusted my drink and asked for my thoughts. Overall, I enjoyed the place and would definitely come back because of their excellent service, good drinks, and the desire to see how their drinks improve over time.
Small little mom & pop coffee/tea shop with friendly staff and good coffee drinks. Ordered the Spanish latte, which is a condensed milk latte drink, tasted slightly sweet and was warm when handed to me. It's conveniently next to Manmi bakery so that you can have your creampuffs or other baked goods with your coffee.
