Jadoz Grillhouse in Friendswood had the rent raised to unbelievably high rates per square foot via a long-term and beloved lesser restaurant. We always loved the fantastic food, the beauty of the restaurant, the charm of the restaurant owner(s), and the memories that were made along the way. PS—In my humble opinion, the new Landlord is beyond belief in a negative way based on a huge rental cost increase, lack of negotiation skillset, and lack of business expertise.
